i. dont recommend this phone. bad quality plastic cover for battery. scratches easily. overheats easily. when plug in cable, sd card is not detected properly (which makes bad plastic cover quality more problematic). sometimes sense system crashes and leaves widgets function abnormally... htc user support is also terrible.
just dont buy this if you value your money.

Very poor phone. Constant problems of overheating,shutting itself on and off. It has been(allegedly)replaced twice already. Same problems. I had earlier HTC desire,no problem. Desired undesirable

AnonD-66400, 17 Nov 2013I updated it to Jelly Bean...everything looks fine...except... moretry to factory reset your phone. be warned that you lose all data in the internal memory of the phone (sd card is not affected). this should fix most problems that come after updating.
4.1 does change how computer recognizes the phone unfortunately, and this cannot be fixed. is just how it works in 4.1 jb....

I updated it to Jelly Bean...everything looks fine...except 1...when I connect my phone with pc..its behaves abnormally...what should I do...touch won't work properly...and it is really annoying...any solution guysss

i think it is a slow speed phone but on the behalf of dual sim feature best and bettry time is simply longer

ive been using this phone for more than 6 months and i havnt had many problems with it (actually they are close to nil.) except that it heats up quite frequently. I love this phone. :)

quite ok except a bit over complicated and not a great tool for people lacking expertise but that has nothing really to do with htc I guess from what I have seen with other phones of the same type its just this android business system which want to bring TOO many useless features and I am still today to find out how to pair my mac with bluetooth a solid waste of time for something which was like a child play YEARS ago on all phones annoying to say the least at this price

Since June my phones time has contantly messed up, it keeps going 4 minutes ahead without me doing anything. It's really annoying because the alarm stops working. How can I prevent this from happening?
