The Droid DNA is the clearly the winner from the two phones when u compare the specifications.
The only cons i see in the Droid DNA is the Battery capacity and the Internal Memory which i personally feel is low.

Very well said Jim, if there is no space to put videos/pictures PPI density wont help at all... if someone from HTC is reading this please do something about it else its going to be a flop show.

And 300/400 dpi is neglible imho. Those additional "fullhd" pixels will only serve as a significant performance killer in 3d. 2GB RAM is the only really nice advantage against S3.

If you like big phones with the best picture quality u have ever seen go and 2 gb ram go for droid dna
If you like phones with an easy handling and some really amazing features like 13mp camera better battery more storage extreme power and many others go for one x+

A phone with sucha large screen and powerful processor will burn the low battery in no time

what do you preferd btw one... moreI would recommend you to wait till they announce the talk time and standby time. No doubt HTC is better than other phones but it is the battery which gives hard time. Talk time for HTC phones is average 3 to 5 hrs depwnding on what band are you using.
Once this announcement is made then you can compare the talk time n decide which one is better. I would vote for Droid DNA.

Hi,
I've Note II but I do not use memory card because I have other devices.Expansion of the memory is not very important. Most people who can buy these high end devices can also afford tablet, laptop, desktop, a terabyte size of external memory...and you do not carry all your staff in the phone anyway!
DROID DNA, is nice for the camera, light weight, CPU, and snap dragon pro+, and if it can give 20-24 hours from a 2020 mAh battery, that is God enough.
Note II gives 24-30 hours from 3100 mAh battery, heavier, bigger, more expensive, not very easy for every pocket of small sized hands...
