    for those who are thinking about low internal memory..dis phone actualy has 150 mb of internal memory rather than 90..just do a factory data reset and remove the preinstalled rubbish apps..ad u'll have 114mb of internal memory free to use..best phone under 10k

                    When i hadnt bought ths phone...i read the opinions..and i got vry confused abt ths phn..bt finally i bought ths phn wid finger crossd.....and my decision provd to b ryt...its an amazing phn..brilliant hvga display...soung quality is just lyk wowww...amazing...srs sound enhancment makes it a bomb....it plays almost evry hd games lyk nfs shift,nfs hot persuit , real racing 2 , raging thunder , gta 3 , gangster rio city of saints , asphalt 6 , asphalt 7 , gt racing academy , call of duty , modern combat ....m enjoyng these games on my explorer........low memory is a problem but if u root it it wil vanish...toch response is quite amazing...snapdragon chipset ..armv7 add a star to it.....and service of htc and sony are brilliant..if any complex problem occurs they replace the phn immidiatly...camera ia quite decent..ul enjoy it...various customizatn are avalable too....the main prblem wid ths phn is the poor battery backup....bt overall its a brilliant phn in budget...n yes one thng i wana mentn the built quality is brilliant...pretty tactile..soft rubberisd back panel...and amazing metallic plate hving logo htc at back...looks grt..pretty handy....so dnt get cnfusd buddies if u looking fr a low budget phn ...go fr it only..........:)

                          Payani, 30 Sep 2012hey buddy reveal ur solution to memory problem quickly........ morefirst u have to unlock the bootloader u can take help from htcdev.com/bootloader
                          after unlocking the bootloader

                          1. download RUU_Pico_Htc_Asia_India for your device (check your radio at top the bootloader menu)

                          2. download namely a310e recovery file from this link

                          3. create a new folder namely android in c: drive and place that a310e recovery file in it and extract it there.

                          4. now run ruu software And Remember Dont Close This Program.
                          And Goto Run type %temp% Hit enter And Find Rom File.

                          Here is a Example \{1235}\{12345}\ rom.zip"

                          5. Copy Rom File into Android Folder and extract it u Get 3 Important Files.
                          boot_signed.img, a system.img and a recovery_signed.img. flash all these images with fastboot. NOTE THIS ROM FILE IS UR ORIGINAL/ DEFAULT ROM OF EXPLORER :-)

                          6. Open Cmd Type
                          cd c:\Android
                          Android>
                          now remove battery of ur phone and place again in phone after 3-5 seconds
                          now press and hold vol down + power button
                          now u have to enter in fastboot and connect ur phone via usb and select fastboot option by pressing power button . now notice screen there u will see that ur phone is connected with pc BOOTLOODER USB will be there in place of bootloader .

                          Now run The Following Commands
                          fastboot flash system system.img
                          fastboot flash boot boot_signed.img
                          fastboot flash recovery recovery_signed.img
                          notice ur screen in right upward side of ur phone u will see a bar moving upward it means it is loading files .

                          IF u have follow this 6 steps successfully then its time to relock bootloader ( if u relock bootloader before this 6 steps ur device will brick )

                          7. relock bootloader
                          In command line:
                          fastboot oem lock
                          Ur Phone Will Restart Continuesly Dont Worry Just follow next step.

                          8. Now remove and reinsert the battery and press and hold vol down + power button
                          Go to fastboot> bootloader option and connect ur phone

                          9. now run the ruu software and follow the instructions of ruu
                          ( ur phone screen will turn black in colour with htc logo and if there u see a loading line then ur phone is installing default rom )
                          if it shows fail then again begin from step 8
                          i had face this process fail situation many time but u guyz dont give bcz this is last step .
                          after this process will successfully ends ur phone will reboot automatically ....cheers

                          THIS IS EASY STEPS HOPE U ALL WILL UNDERSTAND IT
                          and i hope all of u will do this steps successfully
                          after this notice ur phone memory for atleast 2 days ( 48 hrs ) if ur phone will show accurate memory then install all ur fav apps and enjoy . dont update ur phone software bcz it is already up2date in my case it was up2date .
                          after this process plz post ur experience so that i can know how many of u r successful . thanks and good luck .

                            Hi guys ! u know what? this is a great phone at a lower price! why? it has snapdragon chip v7 based ! WHAT'S THAT??? it means that it supports FLASH player, u can watch youtube, dailymotion, metacafe etc DIRECTLY VIA WEB BROWSER. n u can play flash based game. this phone is the rival of sony tipo n galaxy mini 2.
                            n many of u said d big problem is low memory internal? ITS NOT A BIG PROBLEM GUYS :D
                            just ROOT it ! then use a2sd or link2sd to move apps to ur extrnal memory, n install as many apps as u want till u drop :D
                            Rooting is like a rabbit hole of alice it'll show u how BIG is android world.
                            ARE U AFRAID OF DAMAGE UR PHONE ? don'T worry there are many kickass developers who has ur back !

What are you waiting for... moreLet me tell u that it is not easy and if any damage causes to phone then i am not responsible for it ... it is very risky . few days back i unlock the bootloader and root the phone but for some reasons i had to reset the phone that was my mistake my default rom corrupt and then i have to install custom roms for few days and finally i recovered my default rom and after that i observe that this problem is not there but let me tell u guyz it was not easy process . it tried many 100 times and in my last try i was successful . this is the only solution guyz u have to reinstall ur default rom to solve this problem ....
