this is the very best mobile in android mobiles it have 3megapixels camera and htc is branded company it is look like very valuable mobile i like this mobile

A problem
Plz anybody with solution is welcomed
Explorer got 90 MB internal memory for users.
If we install 15-20 apps this memory is consumed with 10 MB left now if we uninstall all these apps we should get again 90 MB free but many temporary installation files take permanent stand in internal memory and wont let the whole 90 MB get free to use.We only get 25 MB free.
So now how it remove all these unseen left temporary installation app files from internal memory
Any nice guy who knows solution to this problem plz plz plz help

HTC explorer is not ment to be for gamers, his name EXPLORER is telling you that his purpose is to explore the internet ;)
But you are not a bad guy, dont be angry on this answer, I just want to tell other users ;)

salman imam, 13 Dec 2012i m using htc explorer from one week this is first time i b... moreit is not that HTC have only 90 MBs for you ! Total RAM memory that he is using is 512 MB!!!! BUT if you have upgraded your HTC to the newest Andorid (like 2.3.2.) he consume much more memory than the factory installed Andorid, he took for jou about 50-70 MB because this android is for newest mobiles and his purpose is to get fasest proseses form your HTC... so, do you want faster mobile or much memory... you cant have it all... I have fastest option, instaled newest android, have about 96 free memory of RAM and APP Backup & Restore... so I can instal hundreds of apps on my SD card and call them back to memory oonly when I need them ;)

if choosing from same price models Explorer, Samsung Sony Experia mini, LG Optimus... ALWAYS BY HTC, if you have litle monay then by Explorer who is the best mobile produced for such a little monay.... he have 512ROM and 512RAM !!! So much memori doesn have even Iphone .... you can excelent upgrade it to 32 GB miniSD card... it has very fast reader of cards, he work with them same as with his ROM and RAM.... some people say that the only problem is usable RAM what is reserwd for users ... it is because this CHEAP smart phone has Android 2.3.1 that is the newest. He tooks very much RAM memory, olmost 156, but yust to be fast (trust me it is veeery fast).... you can find many apps on google-play who "kills" unnesesery MB's so yu can have nmore and DONT FORGET when you instal some app from googleplay emedetly go to sistem and transfer those apps from inside RAM to miniXD card (it is a small bug) because HTC yust want for you tu have speeder aprouch to that app, but todays miniSD-s are so speedles like his RAM.... I suggest to download with your HTC from google-play apps: ES File Explorer and ES Task Manager... with those to apps you can even overcloac your HTC and have more control to HTC-s hidden propertis and files... I LOVE HTC... but when I get bigger payment I'll try to by Samsung III or Iphone5, like you, aren't you (I even more prefer Samsung, yes it is bigger but with him I dont neeed tablet...)

Hey there people...
If you are thinking of buying this phone...
here are some things that might be helpful :)
First of all... The memory of this phone is shit...
and you do not require any software eg: link2sd\app2sd to move apps to the sd cards. go to settings>applications>manage apps. from here you can move most apps to the sd .
Now If you want to open Documents on this phone you will need to download a software called KINGSOFT OFFICE. It allows you to make and open word docs etc. search in google for it..
the battery life of this phone isnt that great... but one thing that helped me is the power bar widget go to settings> personalize> and select the power bar widget and place anywhere on the home screen. It lets you control Wi-fi, bluetooth, screen brightness, etc from the home screen. reduce the screen brightness.
Now I know many people want HD games... honestly this phone cant run HD games.. unless you root your phone... I've never tried rooting but I still have some pretty cool games :D
for some cool games go to android.mob.org or http://kooldigitalmedia.blogspot.co.uk
on these sites you can get many games free..
Some games that work really great are:
NOVA
NEED FOR SPEED SHIFT
SURVIVAL CRAFT
PREDATORS
Now If you want emulators for console games eg: gameboy or PSone.. visit coolrom.com from your phone or search for emulators in google... GBA Games work really well on this phone.. PSone games... not so much..

For some reason my Explorer will not pick up wi-fi anymore. It says 'out of range' when right next to the wi-fi set up. I tried 'settings' but no luck so far...help!

Guys, explorer is a excellent mobile. To solve low internal memory problem download App Back up & Restore application from play store. This app ll help u to take back up of ur installed apps and u can install whenever u want in offline mode. it ll help u a lot for low internal memory problem.

i m using htc explorer from one week this is first time i buy htc brand before that i m nokia s fan there r some limitation in this set there r some advantages and disadvantages the biggest disadvantage is internal memory only 90mb the most user says that that you install app2sd that will transfer file to sd card which is totally wrong because if you transfer to sd card there will some space that software will occupied some space on internal memory and after that you install few game or apps slowly after some games or app your internal memory goes low and low and you cannot access internal memory via you connect to the pc you can only access sd card other then like in nokia you can access internal memry via usb delete and transfer data while in htc you can use your built in software to make space. the internal memory issue destroyed all advantages. except that overall excellent set before htc explorer i was using nokia c6 01 you believe or not htc is better in performance while the huge diffrence in price and another problem is sd card when i use 2gb card it works fine when i use 8gb card and its not supporting it there r some class 4 or 6 issue in the end if you see the price what else you want but if you want to buy this you need to compromise some you can install any large and heavy game or software it will work flawless even some app or gome well not even work in nokia c601 but when you dont have space how can you install it ? only few app or games if want to compromise you dont have better choice its the best all around if you cant never buy it dont make mistake that i do

Guys I have a problem , its been two months since I bought my htc explorer but there is a problem now . I accidentally turned on my speakerphone during a call and now its not getting off , I tried turning it off from settings , I tried turning it off during a call too but it doesnt work . As I pick up someones call , its speakerphone is On and I cant turn it off . Ur suggestions will be highly appreciated !
