This is still a good phone. You can remove the facebook launcher and use it as a pure android device.

Good specs ,fb home can be turned off , stock Android is present , shame that it only has a 16GB otherwise it would have been a good mid ranger

You think why this phone costs 340 EUR while HTC one costs 600 EUR? Facebook is going to be more public and ordered this phone to HTC. Please have a look at the logoes at the back of the phone.

Htc should not yield to zuckerbergs stupid ideas anymore.This phone has been spoiled by facebook ui. htc should stop putting it on this good hardware. Instead put Sense UI in phones which are under production. also give updates to those that were sold with facebook ui to make it sense ui.

I do not see anything spectacular in this phone beside a long battery life. With 16gb (non expandable) memory and 1gb RAM, its definitely a looser. What are the guys in HTC thinking of. is this an experiment?

Too bad they don't sale this phone outside America... iT COULD make a HUGEE sucess if it's sold to Facebook addicted persons... Also i heard that it could be rooted and used as a ordinary smartphone not only as FB phonee :) ...

Unfortunately it won't happen mate.....the only real is clone/copy Chinese made which is poor quality or even fake 2GB detect(reality 512mb) and 13mp no autofocus.

Chacha sold well because it was a qwerty android phone .While salsa was a touch phone. In this htc first there is no sense UI.It has only facebook UI, turning it into a facebook gadget, not the typical htc android.You can disable the facebook UI. But you will get only the stock android UI, not the sense UI .
