Been using mine for five year. Still an excellent e-book reader and YouTube.
It's aged awfully in as much the web browser is really slow, but for media consumption I can't draw it. The battery still holds an excellent charge and it's a rugged beast of a design.

Although this tablet is a little outdated right now, it still has a strong build. Well done HTC!
We use this tablet as a wifi hotspot, and so far it has excellent signal and the connectivity is still going strong.
Phones and laptops connected to the wifi hotspot can expect little to no delay in loading a webpage as it is super fast. It has the fastest and most stable internet connection out of all the devices at home, beating even the iPhone!
It's battery life is also really good, even with the wifi hotspot active the entire day, and this is considering that we brought this tablet in 2012, which is 4 years ago.
However, this device is running a very old version of android, so it is hardly used, besides being a wifi hotspot.
But it is a great device, really glad we brought it.

derrrick nhambu, 28 Apr 2015love HTC products. working there will be a great expreri ... moreThis tablet is soooo bad, it was ok at first but its so slow has so many issues and just sooooo many better options for the same price and ive been using it as my main device for almost 2 years now i should know. Its really heavy, the skin is really heavy and makes the device laggy because it only has 1 gig ram and update to on screen buttons is stupid because it deactivates the captive buttons which I loved. The pen which comes with it is thick and hard to keep with tablet as the case which comes with the tablet doesn't have a slot for the pen

It must be the power bottom test it press it listen careful if it doesn't sound like a click on hands then in needs a service but its simply just like a nokia

what great about this device is the pen! it's using n-trig pen same as used in surface pro 3, n-trig have better sensor / more natural than Wacom digitizer even n-trig only 256 pressure sensitive. If you're going to buy tablet look for n-trig pen

mark_08, 08 Aug 2014My tab was locked due to multiple wrong attempts to open it... moreyou have to formate using safe mode.. just prest power button and volume down button at the same time and you will see the safe mode opened.
then chose wide data or factory reset.. using the power on and off to enter.. and volume up and down for choose

My tab was locked due to multiple wrong attempts to open it, it requires my gmail account but when I enter it it cannot connect because there's no internet connection, and I cant connect to internet/wifi because the tab is locked. What do I have to do? Please help!!! :(
