Had the phone. Really nice looking phone. But I had to return it because the speaker is just plain horrible for a +$500 dollar phone. Speaker sound is very flat. Also, its located in the back (not top/bottom or side of the phone). So, when you lay the phone flat on the table, the sounds get blocked. What a bummer. Why cant they use a better speaker for the phone. When V2 comes out, hopefully with a better speaker... ill might try it again.

j f , 31 Mar 2010htc google nexus one or htc desire....by the way im in the u.kThe Nexus One has two mics which gives awesome noise cancelling. People can you hear clearly when you have loud music in the background. The Desire has hardware buttons and SenseUI(which can be turned off too).

Personally, I'm happy with the Nexus One. When I feel like SenseUI, I just throw on a Desire ROM.

I have to say though, that you really should have a good data plan to get the best use of this phone. Things like voice search/voice to text do use data. As of course, do all the google cloud services.

Yes yes there's less red and blue pixels purposely for less energy drainage there's more white and black colors as a result
