I read an article in pcmag that nexus one hardware components costs only 174.15$. So the rest money in 530$ on unlocked nexus one goes for manufacturing cost,software,box components,accessories and royalties.

The phone is the best out yet, Everything works great, no problems, all I can say is FAST FAST FAST! Great camera, Finally an Android phone with ALL of the little things integrated, Best android phoe out on the market, and you know Google is going to favor Nexus one users with the first to get all the good updates.

Lol. In actual fact, 5 megapixels is actually more than enough. Considering the ridiculously small sensor of a phone, squeezing 6 megapixels or more will only create more burden on the handset as well as creating more noise on the picture. So 5 megapixels is actually very good already.
And now to the main thing.
Iphone WOW factor - Apple apps store (100000+ apps) vs Google apps store (20000+ apps)
Ipod quality music vs Standard phone music quality
Nexus one WOW factor:
1Ghz processor vs 600Mhz
AMOLED screen vs TFT screen
512 RAM vs 256 RAM
Live wallpaper vs dead wallpaper
5 megapixels vs 3.2 megapixels
D1 video vs VGA video
3.7 inch screen vs 3.5 inch screen
WVGA screen resolution vs QHD screen resolution
Iphone really WOWs me. Truly it does.
So at the end of the day, between iPhone and Nexus One, whichever one you buy, you are a winner. Both are superb handsets and you probably would not regret getting either one. Unless you are a business man or have touchscreen phobia.

The phone is gr8. Camera is good. Video recording is awesome. Graphics awesome.
