I was cleaning some of my folders and minutes later all my contact list was gone. How will i retrieve the list? is there such a recycle bin for contact list?
secondly, is htc hd2 upgradeable to windows 7 or can be changed to android? your answers will be very much appreciated. thank you.

you flashed .405. using the leoimg method, to get its stock SPL? it not i will like to know how you did it.

first to HSPL 2.08 then after
i flashed a stock 1.66.405 rom i reflashed the spl to
OEM spl 1.66 u understand what I'm saying ?

So let me break it down.
You said you changed your ROM from .707. to .405.
In order to do that you had to get pass your SPL (that is what is doing the ID check.)
So ill ask again... did you change your SPL?

Anthony, 26 Nov 2010you change your spl? what did you change it to.1.66 upgraded from 1.42 i see they released a SEA 3.14 rom bit i don't like the ping yin plus its missing the compact qwerty and alot of other stuff like co pilot etc and i couldn't get voice command to work with it

It came with a 1.66.707 rom from amazon SEA ROM but i hated it so i flashed an updated spl 1.66 and a 405 rom
i tried doing the update but i get invalid ID error so i decided to just flash another radio but how more improves is the 3.14 over the 1.66 ?

tap people
tap the windows key a.k.a menu key
tap Import/Export
tap Import from SIM card
tap Phone
you should know what to do from there
when you are done, use the back key to come out.

Use the Android Market.
if you are talking about the auto boot cab, that is to be installed in winmo.
To start back in windows hold the power key for over 3sec then pick rest. It will restart in windows.

its ... moreyes i use it now but the camera dosent work,dont know how to copy the sim contacts to phone & when i use wm i switch with ease to android but otherway around i dont know where to cliq and when tried to install the the cab file like i did in wm it says something like ,,unsupported file,
also the weather update isnt accurate at all.

HD2, 24 Nov 2010no mine is contract phone noW have i got the same warranty ... moregetting a phone on contract does not always mean it is provider Branded. but if you don't know which type you have. you can email HTC and ask if you are covered by the international manufactures warranty, you will have to give your SN for them to identify your phone.
