1.66 is an udated ROM.
what (apps and version) did you install?
let me see if any of them a know to slow down the phone.

What is the call quality like from the earpiece speaker when on a call? Is there any hissing or interference in the background? Is the volume good,or is it to low when set to max volume?

Is it possible to use my mp3 music as a ringtone and messages? if yes how? also i cant set my phone to use swype. i changed it in the settings but it doesnt stay on there it goes back to me typing evry word one by one. help!!

I hear from lots of website that this is to be updated into Windows 7 around Q4 2010. Is this actually gonna get any update. I was wondering If I should buy this... what do you guys think??

I know you use MM taskmger & touch long press send key. Now you can remove this long press(in my case, sometimes works & sometimes doesnot) and assign your mmtask mger to Send key.
Go to shortcut(device/windows/startup/program and rename mmtask manager to "long_send" and copy it to device/windows. Thats it.
You will get your mmtask when you long press send key.

Anthony, 14 Apr 2010Cookie Home tab 1.7 is WoW i did not think any think could... moreThought i was the only one...as soon as i saw the post that the new cookie was out..installed it...and the first thing was to remove sus2...using hd mini lock screen right now....but i have an issues says on the forum..that you can change the clocks as in digital or analog....prefer the default...just want to know how.....any ideas Anthony?

Can anyone tell me where I can get a cab to put some color and diff icons for the Settings screen???... Don't like standard icons and color... I had a cab but don't know where I put it (might of deleted it when installing cust ROM's)...

Was trying to locate the forum on how to use... moreThe hardest part is getting the internet working on your HD2 using your Data from the SIM.
Once you can do that the rest is easy.
1. Connect to the internet on your phone using your SIM
2. Install activeSync or Windows Mobile Device Center on your PC. (PC OS dependent)
3. Connect cable to PC and phone.
4. pick the 3 option that comes up on the connection screen on the phone.

With the phone power off.
Hold down both the volume up and down keys.
Keep holding them and tap the power key.
Keep holding the volume key till you see the gray screen with blue writing.
Follow the on screen instructions.
If when holding the volume keys you get the normal HTC booting screen, you didn’t hold both volume keys down long enough.

Hi Anthony,I wrote in as regards my frozen touch screen ..HD2..I have done all the basics from removing batt. switching it back on all to no avail..basically i CANNOT OPERATE/FLICK THRU my applications or pages. Anthony anymore suggestions???or perhaps I should get a replacemaent since it's under warranty..

I did go into edit but when I add it, my done key does not work.
If a few people can confirm appointments is working on cookies lock screen for them. I will factory reset and start fresh.
