Sally, 04 Feb 2010Hello everyone, anyone can help me getting the Arabic file ... moreAfter installing the English / Arabic ROM, go to Settings - All Settings - Multilingual Support (or the equivalents of these "terminologies" in Arabic and select English with Arabic support in one of the pull down menus.

It will erase all personal data and then you will have an "english" phone and and option to switch over to Arabic keyboard when required .

Anthony, 05 Feb 2010tell people in detail what it does. and what you like about... moreHi Anthony,

I will post a review of all you have done for me once I get a new handset which should arrive by Tuesday (all waiting to climb aboard the device). I will also advise all if the music issue has been resolved and the device allows my bluetooth headphones to work as it did with HD and Ted Baker Needle (Elf). So for now I will just be watching peoples posts to see what I wnat to do should the handset not work.

vish, 05 Feb 2010so hspl is a one time procedure . then i can put my phone ... moreThink of it like going to a club party and you are under age a.k.a its not the right rom.

One why you pay the guy at the door to look the next way when you are walking through the door and go back to doing his job after. (SSPL)

The next way you knock the guy out, put him in the dumpster out-back and replace him with one of your friends that will let you go and come as you want. (HSPL)

And then there is…. He kicks you’re a-ss, tells you don’t come back with out ID a.k.a (the right serial number) and send you home without anything. (SPL)

Are footprints, digital compass, and google maps integration with the picture viewer menu there and working?
Are those same programs working on there own?
The importation of old sms back to the phone using My Phone.. Do they show up when you look for the sms from a contact’s window?
Is the office suit there and working?
Is the new voice recorder there and working?
These are the things I use almost every day and I know had problems in earlier cooked roms.

or is there a diff hspl for every diff rom i want to flash ?

vish, 05 Feb 2010thnx , the hspl and the sync seems to be a good easy way . ... moretalking for me. The risk between SSPL and HSPL is about the same…. slim to none.

SPL is the way HTC intended you flash ROMs. (You don’t tamper with the phone in any unauthorized way.) But you are stuck with getting only update ROMs for the ROM you have on and can’t change to a totally different ROM. e.g. the people that want to change language or want to use a factory unlock ROM.

SSPL is the way people that are afraid to lose there original SPL do it.

HSPL is always better. But only for people with there own “back bone” and know what they want and can say out-loud “I pay for this phone and I can do what ever I want with it.” :-)

I not going to explain what SPL, SSPL and HSPL is again.
I’m 100% sure I explained it more than once in here before and 95% sure it was you I explained it to at lest one of the times.
So go back and look it up.

GUYs, I'm back! after using HTC HD for 6 month, i change to Samsung Omnia 2. After 3 month of using it, is a good phone but for me (heavy user) the memory of RAM is killing me.. So last week I bought the HTC HD 2! After flashing the Miri HD2 WM6.5.X (23519) ROM :: V 2.0 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=614006 .OMG ! Very happy with it ^_^ . u guys should try it. But u had to flash the HardSPL by bepe and Cotulla http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=611433 first. Then u guys flash Leo_RADIO_15.29.50.07U_2.06.50.04.rar. u will get 576 of RAM with WM 6.5.3! ha ha..LOVE IT ..GOOD LUCK GUYSSS !!!

My phone froze everytime i attempted to do something! then i tried ITJE's latest rom and all was fine till my phone hard reseted for no reason today! i guess im gonna stick to official roms. even tho itje's rom was really fast, official roms are the most stable.
btw when i switched to itje's rom the 576 mb ram was gone. maybe its the radio that is causing the problems (there is a specific radio that unlocks the 576 mb of ram) so i might try itje with another radio.
