Hey Guys,
I got this phone 2 days ago. I am Using it with Fido Canada. befor even using it i upgrade it to ROM 1.66 i got it from singapore. this phone is ways better then iPhon. I am in love with its graphics and every thing no bug no problums sofar every thing is way better then my expectation. so its Good in canada if anybody wana get one in toronto GTA area let me know.

Is anybody using an updated bug free version of facebook on this phone?
the facebook app on this phone is an old version where u cant see the notifications or comments .
tried a lot of other fb options from XDA including the xperia version but none seem to work perfectly .
i am currently using opera to check fb but that very inconvenient.!!!

my phone is under the bougyues but i've uncloked it...
i want to change the language thing rom and everything from french to english.
if i need to back up the phone to french rom in case i want to use the warranty let me know as well before changing it into english and how i can do that.

Dear Anthony,
I have had my HD2 for 2 weeks and I am returning it as I have been advised that my handset is faulty but I think otherwise. I had the Blackstone prior to this and I know how this should work. I connect to the handset via bluetooth headphones so that I can play music and take calls. I have a 16gb card but on HD2 the device freezes for 3 minutes before allowing the handset to do anything else. This is then made worse by the device then taking a furhter 5 minutes to play any music and when it does the Audio manager crashes and it goes to pot. If I de-select the music tab and then use Win Media there is no problem and music works (just that I dont find this bit of software user friendly). I have found that the device takes all its time trying to search my 12.1gb of music. Have you had this issue or know of a fix for it as HTC have been useless? Aslo is there no voice dialler on this device as mine has nothing?

You have no ROM updates to get from HTC. Because that is not a factory unlocked phone.
Are you still with “Bouyguses” to take advantage of the warranty? Or you don’t give a sh** about that and just want to do the language change?

i don't know if i need a backup or not...
is the backup will let me restore everything back again in case i wanted to return it in french again ?!!

Make shore that the first 3 boxes are all checked
{Events (warnings, system events)}

All 3 of them must have a check mark
Then tap “ok”
