I piety on you all guys using hd2 . I can do video chatting and skype video chat wit my nokia 5800 but you cannot. I can exchange information through live video ,show anything my side to whom i m talking but you cannot. Music on 5800 awsome..i can go on and on.....HD2 is expensive brick for wasting time and life in tweaking and Flahing ROMS.

I tried a fix that was post here maybe a week ago? It said to adjust brightness or something like that (the post is out there). I did that and now my picture's are alot better. Still waiting on hotfix from HTC though to correct it all....Search for the post.

T... morewell its your opinion. i personally havent seen any mobile phone like this before. it isnt too big for me. it is best viewing experience. mine does not have any pink issues. if u like u can buy omnia2. then certainly you would have the chance to compare it with omnia.

The pink spots are in every picture I have seen, you have just to look closely. Flash is not a solution, it is poor anyway: not far reaching and if used at short distance, everything is too bright! I am still looking for the camera of that bunch not having the fault; if so, there should be good pictures around; there are not. And what happens it the camera I buy has the fault and when returned the new one has it too?

After reading the reviews and see some demo... moreI can see you never used Skype mobile. because if you did you would know that it does not support video calls on any cell phone, just voice, text and file transfer. not all HD2's have the pink spot. and from the bunch that have the pink spot, a lot of them don't get it when you use the flash.

Here is the site I ordered some acces from for my HD2. I ordered 2 batt's, charger w/usb, and car mount. It all came to only $48.97. Not bad when the xtra batt's are going for $40 each. Mines was $12.xx each (1300 mah). The place is located in China. I've ordered from china for my Omnia 2 and the items work very well (batt's, case, charge cradle, etc.). I ordered through Pay Pal for protection. Check them out if you like??????????

What a machine! After reading the reviews and see some demonstration videos I thought that's the phone to buy. Then I had it in my hands... It's big, very big. I am always carrying my phone in my trousers pocket, no problem with the Nokia N95. No, I don't compare the specifications of these two phones. Then, no front camera; how can I skype? And finally comes the "pink" issue of the camera. You see this pink flare in the center of every picture taken with the HD2 camera, even in the movies. That's just terrible, people should scream and the reviewers are not criticizing this defect enough. It is a killing argument in my opinion and I cannot understand that HTC is putting a camera with such a terrible fault on the market. Are customers so stupid? Now, unfortunately I have to look for an alternative (no Apple!) and I am favouring the Samsung Omnia II. And now my question: Is there a chance that this pink flare will be corrected either by software update or by recalling all the cameras to the factory? It would be nice if HTC would not leave customers in the dark. Thanks!

If, however, you want a handset that can run multple apps at the same time, and dont buy all you clothes from the chav isle in Tescoes then go for the htc.

iphone is the fastest but is limited in many respects.
N900 is bulky and not upto the mark in this category, its a lower category phone.
Omnia2 is a real competetor, better camera and recording but overall look and screen is lower.
HD2 scores well overall. stunning screen, not limited. good pic and video. the best i can think of it, is browsing and document viewing experience. its easier to read anything on the screen than anyone else of them.
decision is yours.

I just bought a HTC HD2....
I must say....this phone is the godfather.....
Any idea where can i purchase games for this phone ?
This phone has a default game as in we can play on an iPhone.....would be interested to buy such games.....
