what are you talking about?? Cortex always runs at 600 Mhz, it's maximum theoretical frequency is 1 Ghz..maybe soon people will start saying, that cortex a8 aquires another core when it's loaded??!

To all those who same the snapdragon is the fastest CPU in phones thats not technically correct as the Cortex-A8 scales to 1GHz when it needs too, rather than being at max 100% of the time so saves alot of battery life in comparison.
