Absolutely no! All the HTC are almost always bad and unreliable. Almost always Htc care centers do not recognize the problems during warranty, at least in Italy. Acer NeoTouch S200 is certainly better.

If you remember well, we talk a few time ago about a leak phone from HTC, called LEO. Well it seems that HTC improved or renamed it HD 2...http://www.itsagadget.com/2009/10/htc-hd-2-specs-preview.html

The utility of TV out is if you do powerpoints, then you can leave a hefty computer at home and power the presentation from your mobile, if of course, it has this useful business feature.

Guys, the screen is so big, they should make an actual T.V in ,rather than a T.V out :P

Do you really mean you carry all those cables???
If you do, take the HTC base station too, it has tv-out...

I've been a loyal HTC consumer for 4 years now (thanks to the cooks at xda developers that keep breathing new life to my phone). Back to this phone, it is a MAJOR leap for HTC's hardware advances with the 1GHz & other big improvements.

I always follow-up on HTC's new models & usually the improvements are very minor & hardly worth upgrading an existing HTC phone....but finally this one got a very nice all-round major upgrade!

My advice to HTC\WM-fans or other techies is to check out the benchmarking tests to understand how big of an upgrade: http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=8348 (More than 3x faster than Touch HD)

wm6.5 is also a great OS, I have a beta version installed on my Touch Cruise (cooked ROM from xda developers) and it's great.

I agree the TV-Out would have been a great idea, but I guess the market is too small to have it a standard feature (think of the additional cost, space, weight, power, etc...). My HTC is the center of my life with my 700+ contacts & easily organizing through outlook my weekly average of 30 appointments, so the TV-Out would look funky for presenting a ppt on a big screen!

I'm definitely going to get this phone, but probably sometime in the new year when prices would have dropped.

Now THIS is a phone... :D
now if Experia X3 would just show up then that would be a real competition... :P
