The phone on itself is not so bad. The OS is either not bad. The biggest issue I have with the hd7 are the poor antennas in the device. Wifi reception is not up to par with the most other devices from that generation. Cellular signal is even worse altough I have the most optimal radio firmware installed. Opening the case and checking the cables for wifi didn't reveil anything special. The antenna for the cellular signal is behind the bottom cover that protects the sim and internal sd card. My phone has now deepshining custom rom v8 installed which is beneficial for the user experience. HTC build quality is more than ok and battery lasts several years.
Naturally, you can't compare this phone with the latest galaxy range or htc 2012/2013 android phones

When I dial a number, the screen goes out of order and black. So I can not missed call anybody or cut-off dial calls. What is the solutions?

Dino, 18 May 2013How can I upgrade htc hd7 to window 7.5If you connect the phone with your laptop, and use Zune, it will search for updates automatically. I upgraded the phone to WP7.5 when it had WP7, and later it suddenly upgraded to WP7.8 so it Always installs the latest updates on the phone.

U need to do upgrade ur phone with window 7.5 after this U can use whatsapp, viber, we chat ,hike and some other apps.

This phone is the biggest p.o.s ever made and all the apps suck or are not compatible with other phones I highly recommend no one ever get this they don't even make cases for them
