why they curve these android devices so they look like bananas and look so bad in the pocket of your pants ??? its sooo ugly !!! plus why they push this operating system so much on the marked ?? i mean its very bad.. its not fast like appleos... it has no 3rd party app like win mobile... no gps applications... no nothing ... they suck ! please htc if you want to move to other os make your own or try to run win xp OR apple os !!

i saw over youtube a movie for a guy have got the firmware of the htc hero and he flashed it over google g1 mobile dont know how he have done that .

When there is an update, HTC will usually post a link for you to receive the update from their website, and this will be an update that includes the interface.

great and nice mobile but it need some extra features and it will be perfect , like internal memory storage 8 / 16 gb good camera flash .

I think the design of the phone is fantastic!! Very fresh and new for HTC... and I think the Android OS looks fab on it... especially looking at the pics posted...

does anyone have imformation on how futur android updates will run on the hero? i would like to now if the htc sense interface is flexible enough to run on top of upadated os. i don't want to buy it and then find that the os is outdatet two months later.

Dear Yhkorpzo69, If you used your phone for business you wouldn't choose a vertuphone.Vertus are very trendy phones but very stupid like a plastic girl.If I had enough money I wouldn't choose any kind of stupid vertuphones..I think htc hero is more beautiful than a vertu...(It's just my opinion)

Good user interface.brilliant display of menus. New android os is preety much interesting..only drawbacks are the camera with only 5mg pixel with no flash,a Qualcomm MSM 7200A 528 MHz processor which is quite weak compared to the new iphone 3g s with accelerated graphics..i wonder if it would have a good app website whereby u can download apps for the hero like the apple store with itunes..
