azeem, 28 Sep 2010I had this phone for 3 about months and finally got rid of ... moredude you post 5 times with 5 different names.. you hate htc hero that much..hahaha..
i got no problem with my htc hero except when i had installed some task killer, it restarts my phone so much.. but now it is back to normal when i uninstalled that app.

such a pathetic mobile because its end call button starts malfunctioning after excessive use, hardware not reliable, curvy style very uneasy and painful while using with one hand

Its the worst!!!!!! Heavy, white colour phone that pale very soon, and it has made me visit repairing centres atleast once in a week...God Bless HTC for such a pathetic creation :(

There are no proper customer services centres in Pakistan, I would never recommend any HTC mobile in Pakistan, because I had to throw mine because it was repaired again and again, specially HTC Hero is not reliable and also not repairable.

way to heavy for 3,5 inches screen and really uneasy curve style, dont know what was the reason for bending such a heavyweight phone, with white colour which soon becomes yelloish.

I used this phone for 2 weeks and finally sold it after getting its end key button repaired, as that button would autometically operate and disconnect the call by itself. worst experience of my life.

I had this phone for 3 about months and finally got rid of it after getting it repaired 3 times because its end call button started malfunctioning, making option box appear again and again that normally appears on long-press end key button.

I have had this phone for around a year, its an awesome one and one of its kind, It stood with me all the time with Android 1.6, worked perfectly and now with Eclair 2.1, it has revived, its my darling, I bought Nokia E71, sold that in just 2 weeks, then bought SE Satio, sold it back in 2 weeks again as it was the most horrible experience of a touch screen phone and bought this baby, an all white Hero and been loving it, I know it will not get 2.2 or so, yet i love it. I wouldn't go for any newer android phone in the market as 2.2 offers just a small amount of functionality (portable hotspot etc) over 2.1, so I will keep it until gingerbread is released and would see what that has to offer.
This phone is an absolutely good deal as now it has become much cheaper than what it was a year ago when I bought this, I chose it over the iPhone 3GS coz of restrictions of iPhone and i never regretted my decision.
