Love the unit! The camera on it is remarkable! Battery life is only poor because of background internet processes. I had it on with full charge and no sim, so it lasted 4 days, which is amazing! Only way to save the battery is to root it to clear out the junk that att preloads (wtf blockbuster app runs w/o ever being 'turned-on'). The detail the camera gets is far superior to any solo-digital-camera I've owned. Outdoor photos are FANTASTIC.

It's my first smart phone, so I'm not exactly an expert, but I love, love, love my Inspire. I got it to see if I could develop applications for it (I'm a Java developer in real life) and I am so impressed with the technology overall. I know it's still early days yet for smart phones, but this one instantly became my best friend. The kids (engineering students) at the coffee shop are impressed, too. Who knows what they'll come up with next?

I know this question have been asked many times but for my personal clarification......
Will 3g work on this phone considering the fact that this phone supports 850/1900 for 3g frequency whereas in india all service providers have 2100 frequency.
Are you personally using this mobile???

Lack of Problems in Camera and Video...apart features r good. Hanging problems occurs when lots of application Installed..

i got this from from att, i like it so far.. you can do video calling but only with the back camera.. too bad..lol
the camera is very sharp, the best ever.. i had nokia, sony ericson and blackberry before.. very nice.. the keyboard is nice and bigger than iphone.. i like it very much

Owned it for 3 months now. AT&T blocking certain downloads is the only problem I've run into. All in all, I'd say it's one of the best phones you can right now.

Can anybody tell me that will 3g work on HTC Inspire in India considering the fact that 3g bands in india are 2100.

I use my phone all throughout the day, turn off phone at nights for charging and i'm all set for the next day. No matter what phone it is or best battery in the world majority of us charge our handsets everyday especially before we go to bed.
