HTC Legend caught in the wild, looks pretty sleek

08 February, 2010

HTC Legend is the star from the cover of the today’s issue of the Blurry Spycam magazine. The device that faces the hard task of succeeding the HTC Hero has appeared online in a couple of rendered images, but only today makes its live debut.

There is very little new info made available to go with the photos, but it seems that its body is going to be made from aluminum. Also the device will obviously run the company’s proprietary Sense UI.

As we already told you the HTC Legend will sport a 3.2"AMOLED capacitive multi-touch display with 480x320 pixels resolution, optical trackpad, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G with HSDPA, FM radio, along with a 5 megapixel snapper, this time accompanied with a LED flash and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU will clock a 600 MHz unit, while the RAM will be 256 MB.

We should see more of the HTC Legend at the Mobile World Congress next week, while its release is rumored for March.
