I just bought HTC One few days ago ,I like HTC but for me HTC1x looks (design) much beautiful than HTC one , I donn't know if most of the HTC buyers agreed with me but I am sure most of them will.
I hope you improve the looks in the next version

I have been reading all specifications and reviews of the main smartphones in the market since 2-3 years. After lot of research, I tried to keep myself away from iPhone considering it costly and not that much of specs. Then I got an iPad and thought no requirement of iPhone now.
Still I was to buy my first smartphone, and saw this HTC One model.
One thing is sure this is the best smartphone in overall aspects
It is much more royal to take in hand than the iPhone
Loved its Zoe feature, and amazing sound quality with the beats audio.

I got my HTC M7 801e last week, SIMPLY IT IS THE BEST
SOUND, DESIGN, the camera acts like professional cams (i will never believe the MP count !!)
, Slight overheating with games but still acceptable and the Aluminum body acts as heat sink , its FANTASTIC)
HTC ONE is # in the UNIVERSE

Please give me... moreIf you were newly bought your HTC One or still you were did't update your phone, you can install the software version (Firmware update)1.29.401.12 which available right now. It will increase your camera performance than before by details level and giving more vibrant and richer colours. Similarly the HDR photos are looks more natural.

The Lumia phones have a poor speaker volume and the battery problem is a common for any kind of phone except Motorola. The main issue behind this problem is poor battery management of the user. Therefore don't blame it for the phone manufacturer, and try to manage your battery life efficiently.
For HTC One users can install Snapdragon "Battery Guru" application in the Google Play Store. That's will increase your battery life by 20%.

I suggest you buy one and test a unit yourself before drastically commenting

I'm an HTC one owner still have my HTC sensation which my wife now uses it's 2 years old no prob just like my One. You clearly know nothing about the HTC and must be inlove with your S4 or whatever you have. If you want to bag a ph for overheating and negative feedback and poor user ratings then the overhyped plastic fantastic S4 should be your target.

Anyway, you are right about the storage issue, because the 16 GB version has around 8,9 GB of user available storage. The S3 has 11+ GB of user available storage.

PMost of HTC phones break down within a year or two or require to be charged every two hours. HTC is well know for it's unreliability. That's the reason I'm going to give it a pass and choose Samsung even though I like the cool show off cover on this phone.
