Dear HTC,
There is no option to record the call, during the call is underway.
Eralier I was using the Dell phone, it was having this feature with option to record the ongoing call.
When I try to record the call, through voice record or using the third party application, it is recording only my voice and not the incoming voice.
This is ridiculous after spending such a huge amount, this simple feature is not available in this phone.
HTC team is requested to kindly look into this issue and resolve and release the update asap.

First of all most operators are using 2300 mhz band on 4g where as htc one support 2600 mhz band in Asia. In india the 4g operators such as AIRTEL & upcoming RELIANCE JIO are going to use td-lte (4g voice) technology in india. Htc one support s fd-lte technology. The upcoming snapdragon 800 mhz processor will use both the technology td-lte and fd-lte. So at the end of this year we can confidently say that the smartphone will support 4g service or band in india.

i am using HTC One for about 2 weeks now. i was iPhone user for the last 4 years, so it took me about a week to get use to HTC One. overall i am very much satisfied with the HTC One.
At the beginning i was not happy with the battery performance, but then i had net browsing how to increase battery performance. i found that there are many application running all the the time and killing battery. you must need to perform below steps to increase battery performance:
-switch off all location services (you can on them only when u need to use and switch off again).
-uninstall or disable apps which you do not use.
-switch off auto refresh, and auto sync (use manual sync when u need)
-use power save on
-keep Bluetooth and WiFi off(on them only when you need to use and switch them off again)
-go to each application setting, and unchecked all settings which you do not need (specially location etc.)
-use simple wall paper, live wall paper will consume so much of battery.
-choose only the topics you like most to add in blinkfeed.
-keep check on battery usage detail, it will show you how many percent power is used by each application. So you can check those apps settings if some thing is extra.
-try not to charge the battery if it still has some power left. for any phone battery, its good to charge when it is discharged to minimum level.
With all these above steps i am able to increase battery performance. i do not play games on phone, but i am heavy calls and browsing user. Now my phone battery can last easily more than 30 hours on heavy use and 40 hours with less use on the weekends.

Felix , 30 May 2013I agree with you, Samsung phones are much better. I regret ... moreips lcd reproduces colors far accurately than amoled which saturates the colors . there are fans of both screen types .

Great phone... but the one of the many things that holds me back is of the poor resale value...
NO comparison to Galaxy S3 and S4...
both the Samsung phones are way better,,,

in any case..yes. the screen is just fantastic..it will appeal to all as opposed to Samsung's screen which would appeal to many but not to all due to its over saturation..its strange though..samsung are known to create the best screens on their TVs...but here they have been beaten by HTC..so great job by HTC..
