I've had this for a few days now and absolutely love it, had the HTC Desire then HTC Sensation previously, the Sensation really put me off of HTC and vowed never to get an HTC again - it is so slow and laggy, constantly crashing and keeps turning its self off!
Anyway I decided to give HTC one more go as I much prefer HTC sense over any other android overlay... Well I'm so pleased I did, speed is amazing - no lag at all, no crashing and battery life is really good, still having about 40% after a day of usage of gaming and internet. The screen is amazingly clear, vivid colours and deep blacks, also the ambient light sensor does a brilliant job of adjusting the backlight in all lighting conditions.

Well done HTC and keep on it, make less phones of this high quality and you'll be on to a winner! Really reminds me of when the Desire first came out, stood out above everything else.

BTW I think the Blinkfeed is really impressive.

This has exceeded my expectations.

Readin this opinions will leave you confused, its better to buy a fone of your needs, visit mobile shops n test this fones yo slf, it betta tht way, what's the use of buying a fone with a Gps intergration if u still transist a map book? The same goes to fone pixels, nt everyone is capturing moments, apart frm tht some people dnt even reproduce pictures frm their fones, so far 4mp or ultra Htc has always been the best mobile phone makers, provided the sales record n popularities!!!!

This phone is quite fat and heavy for me, also I don't like the way of navigation buttons. I can still satisfy with my great One X. May be I will try next year device.

It has no expansion slot for micro sd card which makes it look static in a way.

I never thought that I would buy a smartphone without an SD card slot or a removable battery.

I was claiming that my next phone was going to be definitely water proof.

A 4 MP camera, even if it actually was 4 Ultrapixel and had 4X larger pixel size or whatever would never be an option for me.

But I couldn't resist and bought it.

Perfect low light photos, perfect sound, perfect performance and amazing battery life!

HTC, you've done a superior job!

                        Well done.

The main distinguishing factor between a more expensive digital SLR and a compact camera is that the former has a much greater digital sensor area. This means that if both an SLR and a compact camera have the same number of pixels, the size of each pixel in the SLR camera will be much larger."

htc uses larger pixel calling it ultrapixel .
"A larger pixel has more light-gathering area, which means the light signal is stronger over a given interval of time.

This usually results in an improved signal to noise ratio (SNR), which createsa smoother and more detailed image. "

15 mp camera will give you more details especially when you zoom in,while 4 mp picture will become blurred if u try to zoom in to the level of 15mp camera zoom.

So I will try the speakers with Beats on and also Beats off. As Beats seems that good, I wonder why HTC gives the option to turn it off.
