OMmy, 26 Apr 2013I really dont understand why HTC went for non-removable bat... morehtc one battery performance is better than any nokia phone in the market although htc uses better and more advanced os than nokia.

gsmarena did the battery test for htc one and the results were excellent :

            http://blog.gsmarena.com/htc-one-battery-test-is-complete-results-are-in/

and here is nokia and what supposed to be its best phone:

            http://blog.gsmarena.com/nokia-lumia-920-goes-through-our-battery-tests-heres-how-it-did/

htc one will give 10 hours of video playback or browsing while the nokia phone will only give 6 hours.

I really dont understand why HTC went for non-removable battery when they know their battery life sucks, android is very heavy OS that consumes a lot of battery power so why putting non-removable battery then,DONT copy every thing NOKIA has to go with,Nokia battery has never disappointed any customer before despite the fact tht the batteries are Non-removable for most of their smartphones as they use light OSs..........

WARNING: DONT USE THIS PHONE IF YOU R USUALLY BOTHERED WITH BATTERY LIFE,GMSARENA has got even no official data for battery life yet.

Again samsung is beating HTC to the market in india . Stores here have started advertising for the S4. This is why HTC is again gonna sell 1 phone while samsung is gonna sell 10 in spite of having a better phone IMHO.
Pathetic Marketing is all I can say.I have been waiting for this phone for over a month now and I am really thinking of getting the S4 if the One does not launch soon here.

I don't trust people who says they have Iphone 4s, 5, Samsung S2, S3, Nokia Lumia, HTC Droid, One X, Sony XZ and blah blah that looks they have bought it all then complains about battery and life span of HTC One due to its non removable back cover & battery. Why should they worry if it seems that they only use their phones for a couple of months only not years.

                                  ^_^

hi guys, i'm very heavy smartphone user.
Here are just some devices i've used in the last year or two:
                                      Samsung Galaxy Vibrant (Tmobile usa),
Iphone4, Sony Experia S, HTC One X, Samsung Galaxy S3, Nokia Lumia 920, Iphone 5 and finally my new HTC ONE.
i can tell you all, this phone is the best among all the phones i had.
My iphone 5 is sitting in the drawer for the last 3 days, i sold my Galaxy S3, and not even touching the Lumia.
This is real brakethrough product by HTC.
i had 2 concerns when bying it: battery life and 4 mp camera.
i can tell you that battery is superb, my phone is off charger @ 06:00 am-i use it a lot, calls, sms, Lte browsing - i still had 5% at 20:00.
camera is good too. if you want to print pictures - go buy professional camera.
camera captrures just enough details for smartphone, email and social networking sharing.
colors are good and realistic, pictures are bright.
phone has premium feel - first time ever among android phones.
i'm very happy i got it and strongly recomend the phone.

Hi friends, please comment on battery. As it come with inbuilt nonremovable battery, so what happen if any case it damage or some problem, than can we replace it or need to change phone. Please ,comment on this issue also.
