Pakistan is a really big market of mobile phone users and we love HTC but its a pitty that HTC never had a authorized dealer in Pakistan and the new launched sets came here very late with people just bringing them on their own from different countries...What kind of marketing is this if you not holding onto a big population country like Pakistan...

A short answer is the HTC One is newer, faster, it works better under low light conditions, and has dual front facing Speakers, but the Xperia Z works better at the Beach or IN the Swimming Pool and has the Sony Bravia Engine Mobile.

hey.. You may want to correct the camera from 4MP to 4UP because you know its called UltraPixel not MegaPixel.. Thank you.
