HTC should start joint venture with Apple. If HTC run their business this way another 2 or 3 years surely they will be bankrupted.

The actual resolution is 1760x1080, so the specification is wrong. And in the HTC site they "forgot" to mention about 1760 and wrote just 1080p... About the RAM, is it 2Gb or 1.6Gb?

alipk52, 08 Mar 2013Well i can see why HTC is down and out these days, now they... moreDude i think that 64/gb is enough i don't get the fuss that people are making about the no sd card slot. For example the iphone 3,3gs,4,4s,and the iphone 5 all come with 16/32/64 (iphone 5 128gb in some countries) and no body has a problem with iphone, i would say that the HTC DNA needs a sd slots because it's only 16 gb of which 14 are available and honestly you really dont need any more than 64gb even if you play a lot of games there isnt that much game more than 1.5 gb you still going to have a lot of space to put music and movies (i listen to a lot of music i have around 40 gbs of music thats like 9,000 songs if i put them all i have still space to download games put movies and still have space for photos) sd slot isnt that much of a deal 64gb is way more than enough) anyways i dont mean on offending u in anyway thank you

It's all down to marketing techniques...if HTC made more commercials and adverts as with Apple and Samsung then I'm sure people wouldn't diss HTC so much. It's a fact that people only perceive things with their eyes and intake of information around them such as commercials and adverts so they think Apple and Samsung are better phones but as HTC does it... It's in the brand name "Quietly Brilliant" so yes HTC may be the underdog in the phone industry but think of it this way...imagine Apple, Samsung and HTC are car makes, they would be BMW, Audi and Ferrari...BMW and Audi makes wonderful adverts for their cars but does that mean Ferrari cars are any less special when they don't publish their cars as much?! The answer is no! People like to follow trends...a few years ago everyone had to have an iPhone because it was a trend...how much do know indepth about mobile phones? How much u know about communication marketing?! How much do u know cameras/ software/hardware/ materials/ technology all regarding phones?...I'm pretty certain that everyone just reads stuff off the internet and gather their own opinions but let's not forget that in this years WMC experts awarded HTC one the best of 2013! That must have meant something...unless ur an expert in all those areas then all u are, are just fanboys from Samsung or apple...btw, I own a Nokia!

                      Hi Pawan,
A few friends around have been using One X n indeed the battery is not great. My 2 cents on this one would be that you keep your fone on the 'GSM only' mobile network and switch to 'WCDMA' only when you are browsing. I agree the battery is not nice but if its lasting for just 5 hours there is certainly something that can be worked upon. Download an app that lets you know what exactly is eating up your battery. Hope this helps.

I bought a HTC One V 3 months back and I gave back because of Battery issue and sound quality, I bought HTC One X Plus 3 days back and saw it was very good phone which sticks to my requirements but battery life sucks. You pay 40 K and you get shit out of it. I observed there are two things there by default in the phone which makes battery drained, and that is vibration enabled when call connects and when pre-paid message confirmation which shows after ending the call. I had disabled all possible setting to increase the battery life and bought the settings to basic phone like. And what is the result I got ? 5 Hrs of battery life. I am not joking its the real experience of a customer like me. I went to my friend and requested him to exchange it to Samsung galaxy Note 2 and I am happy with every thing now. Now HTC one has only 2300 MHA and god know what will be the battery life. Please see an buy guys if not hole in the pocket.

There is no doubt that htc builds superb phones but its main problem is high prices of its devices. Other phones with equal or even more features from top brands mostly cost less than htc phones. Although they also build good and value for money phones but their smartphones and superphones are quite expensive when compared with other rivals in the market.

Fate has upon them, butterfly launched but within month One was lsunched, now in short parts supply, both will floop becuz they never plan nor internal memory increase. only face lifts, one x year old still has lapsese, voice too low, battery twice a day when 24 hours open. It has to happen to them, at last fate of Nokia is envisaged.
