Yes "pretty bad", you answered all you own questions but do not seem to realize that fact.
The way an HTC FOUR MP UltraPixel Sensor beats the Nokia THREE MP 808 PureView Sensor (PureView is 3/5/8MP and non-Pureview is 36/38MP) is that the Pixels are twice as large, and there are between one third more to 50% as many of them.
That allow each pixel on the HTC Camera to capture 3 times more light than most Cameras (and 2 times more than the Nokia Pureview).
Do you understand what you mean when you say "David vs. Goliath", yes it is like it but you lead us to the impression that you have the Story backwards.

So ...., your question "How can an HTC 4 MP Ultrapixel Sensor beat the Nokia 41MP (uncropped) Sensor of 808 pureview??!" seems (partially) answered by your final Statement "Hahahah yes it captures more light and colors but you will only have 4mp picture!!".
If you will not be printing Pictures larger than 8x11 then 4MP is enough and if you are taking them in low Light then they will be less noisy.
The HTC's OIS (along with the better ability to capture light quickly and use a faster Shutter speed) also reduces Image blur.
The HTC Zoe Feature captures a few pictures BEFORE you press the Shutter and many AFTER so you can choose the exact Photo you want (and fix smiles or remove moving objects).
The HTC Sensor also have HDR Photos and Video while the Nokia 808 does not.
With the HTC's Android Operating System you stand a fair chance of getting Updates and downloading 3rd Party Camera/Video Programs, but with the Nokia's Symbian Operating System you may not get an Update and 3rd Party Programs seem unlikely.

exclent features till date nobody s their with those which will cme shortely its somthing which cant b expect with other mobile.....it is completely for those who is using high speed data ....awsome waiting for price aprox matly shud b compare with blacberry z10...am i rite

It has come down below the S3 and until the S4 release date was announced it was in the first place. Naturally the hype is dying down.

Dont be so ridiculous, we dont have your debt levels, we actually have something left of our salary and dont need to use the credit card to pay a phone, while you barely know what a debit card is.
I bet theres no 64GB One in USA because you guys cannot afford SIM free phones, you need to buy customized locked units from your carriers. Live life on debt, you dont own your own phone, your house, your car or your firmware. Enjoy your carrier specific phone, you have to, since you will be keeping it for 2 years.

5. 808 has proven dozens of time that it's a great camera but you rushed into conclusions just after 3 samples...just wait for a proper review and then judge but if I were you I would start buying napkins...
