From what i've seen of samples of the imaging, HTC's 'ultrapixel' technology looks great. Dowenside....... I reckon it is going to confuse too many customers with only having 4mp "but my wildfire has 5mp" and therefore is going to take up too much valuable sales time explaining how it works and that it is actually extremely good.

Great, now HTC has gone way of Iphone in reason I don't but one.

When travelling I carry 3 spare batteries. A phone which does not allow battery change is, in my view, useless

The 4MP camera sensor is probably an error. Handsets in this price brackets have at least 8MP sensors, unless it is for the secondary front-facing camera, which would be ground breaking. :-\

the words "non-removable battery" is most inappropriate.
GSMARENA should clearly mentioned either the smartphone battery is
                      1.user replaceable ,
                      2.non-user replaceable
                      3.absolutely non-replaceable.

Its not cheap plastic, try to bend the back cover ,it doesnt damage. The HTC sense UI is laggy and many HTC users are requesting how to delete it. The use of micro sd card is to back up data .You will get the back up notification mesaage whenever you receive updates . Didnt you recieve?? Its safer to use microsd card to back up and save important data rather than save on phone memory( Just my opinion ).

Anonymous, 25 Feb 20134MP front camera? It's a joke! What's a joke is that people actually think an 8 MP camera HAS to be better than 4 simply because it's a higher number. The HTC pixels are arranged so they are 3.3 times larger than normal pixels on other phones, so it's really like 13 MP for you simple minded folk hung up on numbers. I would strongly encourage you to do some research on this before looking dumb on a post.

The One is slightly smaller, making it easier to operate it with one hand only. Thats one thing I couldn't do with the Butterfly. Also, the butterfly's Polycarbonate (expensive plastic, and plastic none the less) back doesn't look anywhere near as nice as the One's full aluminium body
