Earphones provided along have very good sound ... better then Samsung s5 and Sony z series , the output through speakers and auxiliary is also awsm ... No complains thumbs up to HTC :-)

N... morehtc doesnt market its phones. perhaps thats the reason you wont find much of htc in magazines/websites etc. Its a big branding world where not everythig mentioned is true. I'm using this phone for about a month now..I assure you its the best you can ask for in 32k!!

N... moreHTC One e8..........as i was in the same place where you are right now...its got slightly better processor, same gpu with slightly higher clock speed etc. i m using it from past 2 weeks..and the experience is amazing....But if you want to have stock android experience then go for nexus 5. Nexus 5 will be celebrating its anniversary next month and is very stable as compared to the time when it was released.
But HTC One E8 has better camera(but without Optical Image Stabilization as in nexus 5), speakers, and smooth UI(The UI is smoother than even stock android), it has only 1% bloatwares but those are very useful such as Scribble(for notes), flashlight etc in compare to other manufacturer like Sony(I was sony user for more than 10 years, my last phone was Z1 compact which was stolen,)

Nexus 5 is in top10 smartphones list in every website but i am unable to find this mobile in any website? Is there any disadvantages? Please reply.

Have been using e8 for a week now...absolutely amazing phone guyz...go for it...the ui feels fresh compared to any other brand devices.

My AnTuTu Benchmark score is just 28588 also it is ... moreIt's Snapdragon 801..if you closely look at Antutu results you can see gpu frequency to be 578 MHz, which is only achievable in Snapdragon 801.. it's a mistake by Antutu as Snapdragon 800 and 801 uses same naming convention 8974AB etc.
My Antutu score is 43159. Just make sure that you are not in battery saver mode and just run your test when your battery is above 50 percent.
My HTC One E8 dual SIM has Snapdragon 801 8974AC clocked at 2.47 GHz.

It will be saved in htc_makemorespace folder in your sd card

I'm using this phone over a week now. all my friends and colleagues get awestruck by my choice of buying one E8. but sadly none of them had ever heard of this phone before. All they know is samsung/xperia/lg. n the chinese invaders.
None of the newspapers/ articles / blogs etc even consider E8 as a potential phone for comparison when reality is that E8's performance is best. Very sad htc. your poor marketing tactics will fetch you nothing losses. such great phones go unnoticed. very bad
