Instead of App tray moving from top to bottom can we adjust the same like more orthodox left to right in HTC Phones. If yes please suggest how to do the same

I too called HTC CC and they confirmed the same...I chatted with their customer care people and they said as per their updated information received on 26th, E8 does NOT come with Gorilla Glass 3. They said it comes with a "Toughened glass which can withstand light scratches and dents upto certain extent". I reconfirmed again with another customer care guy and he too said the same thing.
Then, I asked them about M8 and they said M8 does come with Gorilla Glass 3.

I''m in love with this phone and its specs but still what di you guys think is it worthy to spend 35k? thr major factor of lte is missing in sub 20k phones but then c'mon we live in india! 4G is expected in 2015 and practically we may not use it as soon as its available. also there's scope for problems with freq bands of phones we buy right now. not 100% sure if it would be sound to buy an lte phone now. I can very well spend 35k but just confused if its gonna be worthy to spend now or I should buy any sub 20k phone n upgrade it after a year or two as required

LTE 1800 / 2100 / 2500 - for India. Is that correct? I think that some mobile operators in India have LTE band 2300. Which is correct? Pls.
