HTC E8 can re-define corporate/business roamers but 4G support needs to be worldwide on one sim and second sim should be minimum 3G. They have good technology on dual SIM, just need minor corrections. As of now E8 supports very limited 4G band/frequencies.
This is the only major gap as of now.
Obviously better battery and look-n-feel are wishes.

I happen to chat with HTC cc wherein u give ur mobile no to them for registering with them. After a week they called me and confirmed that HTC one e8 will hit online and local stores in Aug first week. It doesn't come with gorilla glass display.. But super Lcd 3 tuffend glass display. Hoping to buy soon.

I am not saying Z2 is not a good phone, but again its depends upon personal choice and preferences. May be for you M8 & E8 are crap phones but for me and for many others it's the best phone.
