    1. E8 is dual sim standby or active?
    2. Can I connect 3G from my second SIM also?
    3. The dotview cover covers the backside of mobile too?

    Thanks.

E8 or M8? Is the camera/design worth paying the extra money?

I'm looking for a phone to buy unlocked and I'm in between getting the htc One E8 and the One M8. Obviously the E8 is cheaper, but is it worth it in terms of the camera/design to go for the M8?

Angry Mobile Nerd, 20 Jul 2014Agreed. But under 25k in Hong Kong. :-PBut the indian version dosent support any LTE bands, neither FDD (which is going to launch in india next year) nor the currently available TDD...It is better to go with Nexus5 rather than LG GPro2.

Well all of u wntd to knw tht why htc phones are priced slightly higher than other oems phones.
Htc has always been the most innovative and for doing this research and developmnt they need money ....
But samsung and sony are not so innivative....
Sammy just keep copying and sony comes up qith nothing new....
Apple always do smthng new thtswhy it charge higher...
In android deptmnt no one is equivalent to htc's innovative features....
                          Thnx

Since HTC's dual boom speakers take more bezel area phones are relatively longer than conventional phones for the same screen size. Then it shud deliver what it is made for. But the sound from htc one mini 2 is below average and htc m8 is average and even lower than m7 in terms of loudness according to the speaker phone tests. So with this special speakers and amplifiers it must be at least one of the top loudest sounding phones if not the No.1 Not just quality, quantity also matters.
