this delay is common friends, I own htc one m8. htc release marshmellow 6.0 for htc one m8 in US on 3rd december 2015 and in India we got it on 1st feb 2016. htc prefer U S for updates.

AnonD-524656, 13 Apr 2016Is it true ...abt 45 days ...feeling low .no more htc...Don't listen to this guy Dixitakarsh. His only aim is to see to it that he increases people's frustrations. Tomorrow, he'll come back saying update is in pipeline. He has no better work to do.
I had a chat with an online representative of India and was told that the update is in pipeline and will make it to E8 for sure. It most likely is delayed due to the fact that there are other devices in India which are yet to receive the update and HTC would want to release them on the same day.

According to htc helpline if the update doesn't makes it way under 45 days than the update won't come.

The HTC One E8 Marshmallow update was earlier scheduled for the end of March. However, now that this has only happened in China and now itÂ’s happening in Europe, it should imply that U.S. users will be receiving the update in a few weeks to come or days for that matter.

[deleted post]It isn't conformed that HTC 10 will ship with only with sd652 in India or not(won't be a suprise If it is true).I am saying this from starting that HTC has a non prioritising policy and HTC takes India for granted.I don't like htc nor I hate it(same for all companies),but recent activities of HTC are clarifying there intentions.I support your opinion of shifting to non HTC device(though am gonna try HTC 10 for 2 weeks) and spreading words.
