AnonD-320858, 09 Apr 2016As nexus is the only phone ahead of HTC in providing update... moreYes, I know about nexus 6p 128 gb but it falls out of my budget range i want a smartphone below 30,000 range as I feel above 30 is kind of pointless to spend on a phone but that's just me.

I reallly like nexus 5X but 16/32 gb storage option is bad thing about it.

Should I wait for this year's nexus phones but is it true HTC will make this year's nexus phones?.

I am waiting for one plus 3 launch maybe it will offer better specs/price ratio just like one plus 2 which is great phone but its getting old.

I bought this phone in December 2014 knowing that hopefully i will get lollipop + MM update, I was happy at first when i got the lollipop update but still 5.0.2 and not 5.1.1 made me sad again.

Then i hoped for MM update i was excited but again there is no information about the update for Indian model phones.

I am wondering in India which smartphone manufacturer gives best android updates because i am sick of phones not getting update because its a Indian model.

I am planning on getting new phone selling this good for nothing E8 which has no 4G(2300hz for my airtel 4g) or MM update which makes me have no interest in keeping this phone any longer than I have to.

AnonD-320858, 01 Apr 2016Select reboot options instead of reboot to boot loader.Ok !?! But this will not help to update ? How to update then if locked and how to unlock ? Do you recommend ? It's not logic to stay with the same software ?

                            Thanks for the help
