Hello
I have HTC-One (E8) and very happy with my handset. Currently I am facing a peculiar problem and need help ASAP. Here is my issue
I am on a visit to USA and activated my international roaming with my service provided "Airtel" in India. While in transit,I managed to make & receive calls at London airport. But ever since I arrived in US, I am unable to connect my phone (make or receive calls). I contacted my service provider "Airtel"in India who informed me that the service is active and I should call HTC for guidance.
Further in my HTC handset, I am unable to get mobile network setting, all I get is mobile network sharing which also does not work.
Please helpmeet with this, what do I do to activate my phone?

AnonD-482251, 30 Dec 2015plese can anyone tell me about e8 which is also known as m8... moreactually it's a Chinese model to be precise it's a china uni-com version.It has same specs as international variants..it can run 4g,3g,2g and is compatible with all international sim cards...i am using this variant for a year it's great..it has some minor drawbacks like china blink feed you cant access twitter and Facebook in blink feed...while you boot your mobile it will show uni-com boot image...but regarding specs ,performance,and quality they are equal with intl variants..13mp back,5mp front,2.5ghz,2gb ram,16gb internal,128gb external....

plese can anyone tell me about e8 which is also known as m8sw. I cant find its specs in google but cpu-z tells me its specs which is much like as e8. but m8sw has 8mp rear and 5mp front camera. other specs are mostly same as e8.
I want to see specs which is given from htc. plese if any one find help me. I am confused.

I made one silly mistake that cost me my network... moreHi
I did the same mistake but ater 3 day i restored my network back also added all LTE bands to sim 1. For this you have to root your device install jre and sdk in your laptop. Also install other soft from link below and follow the steps mentioned. Remember hard reset will not work.

Outside weather also responsible for quick heating. Like in middle east, temperature goes 60 degrees celsius. So they didn't received. But in January, 6.0 marshmallow update is coming to E8. They can update to 6.0 directly. 6.0 is a major update after kitkat. It solves all the problems of lollipop and brings some new features, especially Doze for battery saving.

It's been awhile back.
Now I own M8, and E8 dual sim alongside my Droid Maxx.
Don't intent to go for M9 tho, it's fail product.
I'm eyeing One M10 soon to be confirmed!

sekar, 06 Dec 2015htc one e8 or htc one e9+ plus? anyone?E8 has much better battery life, better grip (due to smaller size) & louder speakers sound... E9+ has better camera, bigger display & more ram... depends what is more important to you...
