Does the HTC One M8 have Android Torque/Lite? I'm thinking of buying a OBD2 Bluetooth Scan Tool and it says I (must have TORQUE APP ANDROID or similar)for it to function properly.

Had my M8 two weeks ago and updated it to 5.0 and could not be happier. This is the best smartphone I ever had coming from iPhone and BlackBerry. And the camera is great no complaints whatsoever. I will be holding on to this until the M9 is out in the market and when the price will be in my price range. Overall I am very satisfied with my M8!

i also had problems with battery life after upgrading to L...but a factory rest after that smoothened things oit...now its better and the interface is smoother...i suggest backup everything a nd factory reset to remove all problems due to L

Htc One M8 is truly an awesome device.I recall that when i upgraded galaxy Note 2 to 4.3 Jellybean it was a mess,AMOLED screen can't be touched while watching videos on youtube not more than 10 mins.Same goes for Xperia Z,when i upgarded its touch became nuisance,over heating was and is a commen probem of that phone.Iphone 5s was good but same story after ios 8 it was the worst mistake of my life. M8 is the only device that after upgrading to whether 4.4.4 kitkat or 5.0.1 Lollipop it became stable after 2-3 days.This is quietly brilliant.

I just updated to lollipop 5.0.1 in an unlocked version, everything seems pretty good and smooth but not as smooth as it should be I'm waiting for the new update now, it doesn't overheat with me and I use it normally with 35% brightness and WiFi and data on I am a very heavy user, I will test the battery tonight I hope it will not use a lot of power since the android system is using 36% of power and android os using 23% and system ui is using 7%, I have read some people had battery problems for about 3-4 days then it became normal I will keep you updated to all who is wondering about the update. And also a nice thing you can download on the lollipop now is a screen casting app that is wonderful it's the only reason I downloaded the lollipop, it's "unlimited screen recorder free" .

one thing that I had a problem with mine is the battery.. I notice it drains too fast when I'm upgrading kit kat to L.. 6 hours from regular use..really?? this is crazy.. before with kit kat it could last Almost a day..

The rear dual cams glass cover started to become so scratched though it never been exposed to harshness or frequent cleaning. What's the material of rear cam cover glass and would it become worst to the extent it may lessen the cam shots quality ??

M8 User, 14 Feb 2015We are experiencing the same, when im sending message in fb... morehello bro, its a common bug in Facebook messenger, what you need to do in order to fix it is to follow these steps:
1. go into Facebook messenger .
2. in the top right of screen there is settings get inside .
3. find the option "In-app sounds" and disable it (remove the V).
that's it, it will not freeze any more :)

Received Lollipop update on M8 in India and Improvements in notification centre are good and the overall experience looks same though feels a bit faster.

I just got an m8 but all the nano sim I try on it is not working. It says no sim card detected but wen I put that same sin card in another fone it shows connection... Plss admin I need ur advice on wat to do
