VISHNU, 14 Jan 2015which one is better htc one m8 or lg g3? Between these two phones it's draw in my book. If you need the better camera and would like a bigger screen, go for the G3. If you like great speakers and the smoother firmware, choose the M8.

love htc but, 17 Jan 2015Im in love with this phone and theres absolutely no problem... moreWell all i can say is, Apple is good at releasing updates globally at the same day and when Apple say it is available for download already, anyone around the world with iOS devices can update their phone at the same exact moment.
When it comes to Android however, it depends heavily on the region where you are from. In HTC's and alot of other brands case, usually European and American market will get in first, then follow up by the eastern/ Asian region.
Be patient my friend, 3 days is not really that long for a wait considering i have waited 2 weeks for the EYE experience to arrive in my country after HTC announced it.

The Update depends on many things.You can check here http://www.htc.com/us/go/htc-software-updates/#device-content.If you are with the unlocked version...I think soon will come the update

Im in love with this phone and theres absolutely no problem with it but one thing is bothering me and its the software update (5.0 lollipop)
Gsmarena has said that theres an update and now i waited for 3 days and still no updates ??

So i will advise to wait for it.or atleast when it comes out, you can compare the specifications and price to see whether it is worth the money to invest on the M9

I want to buy an HTC M8 and would like a comparison between the Blackberry Passport. I have a relative with an M8 and I always struggle to have a clear audible conversation with him. Is it easy to transfer my data from a blackberry to the M8 ?

It is the best android smartphone you can get outhere.
It has the best hardware(hold it!) and software(HTC's Sense is just perfect!). Once you use it you will know what it feel like to be HTC's user.

The sheer quality of its build , the excellent finish , amazing speakers , and awesome performance is conpletely unmatched ... already 8 months have passed owning this phone ..never any lag or issue...and the metal feel and build is way more better than any samsung or lg phone which have twice the specs ..sense 6 is fluid ..never had any trouble...

I really do not know how I ignored this phone since they launched last March 2014!!! Really I cannot believe I missed using this device for long time and was using uselss devices like Samsung and Sony and expensive one like Apple for no reason!!
I just got it yesterday and I feel amazing while using the device.. it's very fast no lagging with excellent quilty in everything and from now on I will be HTC user and will not go for any other device any more
this device really the best in the world so far and simply I can sum everything in this words "Monster Smartphone and a magnificent piece of art"

VISHNU, 14 Jan 2015which one is better htc one m8 or lg g3? If I had to choose now, I wouldn't buy the M8 again. The G3 was also my 2nd option, but it wasn't in stores when I needed a new phone. Now I would most definitely take the G3 over this.

Well this is a hard one i have to say.. personally i have a M8 and it is fantastic and i prefer the M8 over the G3 simply because M8 has no lags or stutters in terms of performance and UI even after 6 months of using it and it still performs just as fresh from the box. the G3 surprisingly suffers from minor lags and glitches even though it has 3 gigs of RAMs and all that top notch specs.
if you are a camera person then the G3 is your phone, not to say that the M8 takes bad photos. The 4 ultra pixel is decent and performs well in low light conditions and normal light environment but of course it wont be as good as the G3's camera. This happens when u start to zoom in the pictures on the M8 and you can start to see pixels popping out on the screen but it is okay to me personally.
In my opinion, the M8 is better than the G3 in everything except for the camera. The QHD screen is not even noticeable when compared to M8 1080p screen so this is not a major concern.
One suggestion to you is that try out the phone in stores for yourself and don't blindly believe in specs sheet and benchmark scores. It is different in real world usage.. Hope this helps.
