i think that there are some degrade in this phone from the old htc one cuz is has a ppi of 441 while the old one has 469 and it has increase in weight and that's not a big problem and the upgrades are it has 5.0" display and a snapdragon 801 at 2.3ghz!!! plus it has dual camera

Well, the Galaxy S5 uses a 2800mah battery and no-one complains about that so..

according to the most credible and almost sure leak..the one 2014 will have two different cameras
                          1) 4 ultra pixel camera for low light photos..
                          2) 16mp for daylight shots..
...and also i need to mention the fact...that probably 75% that it will have computational photography and zooming (which is awesome..check out the link shared so gratefully by rob c in the comments below )...3 d mapping and more features ..focusing and all....except it doesnt have 4k video which is no deal breaker..in short..
                          the camera SHOULD be AWESOME...

Mind you, the battery power of 2600Mah is speculated, it hasn't appeared in any of the leaked info. Besides, the camera alone makes the phone worth the purchase.

Phonesreview.co.uk says: ( http://www.phonesreview.co.uk/2014/03/04/htc-m8-one-heir-clears-fcc-carrier-models-show/ ): " ... To begin with, there’s what looks like an international model (NM80P6B100) supporting 4G LTE on band 7. This band is used in regions such as Europe and Asia.

The next four models are US carrier variants with different 4G LTE bands supported. The AT&T model is NM80P6B120 while the Verizon variant is NM80P6B200. Sprint has the NM80P6B700 and for T-Mobile it’s the NM80P6B160.

Finally there’s model number NM80P6B130 with support for LTE bands 4 and 17, and these bands are commonly used by US regional carriers. Significantly, the samples seem to have been received by the FCC some time ago, as far back as October in fact.

In one last snippet of info, the FCC filling images for the phone show the 3.5mm headset jack placement to the bottom of the device. ...".

A bit more specific Info about the LTE:

                                      LTE 4 (BW 5MHz): 1712.5 - 1752.5 MHz
                                      LTE 4 (BW 10MHz): 1715.0 - 1750.0 MHz
                                      LTE 4 (BW 15MHz): 1717.5 - 1747.5 MHz
                                      LTE 4 (BW 20MHz): 1720.0 - 1745.0 MHz
LTE 7: ? (Note: Mentioned but no Info)
                                      LTE 17: (BW 5 Mhz) 706.5 - 712.5 MHz
                                      LTE 17: (BW 10 Mhz) 709.0 - 711.0 MHz

The 20 MHz Bandwidth will be nice (assuming the Cell Tower accepts it)!

                                      ---

Phandroid says ( http://phandroid.com/2014/02/20/htc-m8-fcc-filing/ ): "... the FCC filing also revealed AT&T compatible LTE bands (2, 4, 5, 7, 17) which given the extra bands, is more than likely the GSM unlocked model." .

I did not see those other Bands in the Docs I looked at.

Remember that is ONE particular Model in the USA. Other US Models (and for other Countries) WILL have appropriate Bands for the Carriers they are Released to (and the HTC One M8 Developer Website will likely have the same Bands as they did for the M7 -- IE: not every possible combination of Freqs., and 64 GB Memory version).
