htc and their stupid non removable battery.. a battery only after few months is bad.. what if the battery breaks down u must send in the entire phone unless u void warranty.. and u cant buy bigge or have extra if u travel.. wow htc reallysucks.. how can people buy this crap????

It needs to have a SD Slot, removable battery would be perfect but never with the design.
I will buy one if SD slot otherwise back to SGS5
Dropbox is great but each time you want to look at a file you have to download. with data used, and battery power.
If you want photos and music dropbox is not an option. Just plug card in from old phone to the new, instant 64GB extra storage.
Lame camera compared to SGS5 so I think this spec will be increased.

HTC desire 700 has the best design of all the latest htc phones with equal sized bezel on the top and the bottom so the screen comes exactly in the center of the phone.HTC one,some others and this new M8 has bottom bezel larger than on the top.So the screen would be off from the center and now with the on screen buttons too the the creen area has moved up further.This really is a major flaw in the design which spoils the overall look of the phone.This now looks like some of the old of of htc like legend. which had larger bezel at the bottom

Battery 4000 mAh is a must.
Dual sim is a must.
Octa-core processor instead of Quad.

It will be better to have 13MP primary camera and 3.2 MP as secondary camera with atleast 2 GB RAM.

why?, 02 Mar 2014We live în 2014 ..use Dropbox or any other cloud app ... moreYou're not going to use Internet everwhere around the world. In Finland, there are still areas where only 2G works and weakly.
It's not a problem if you live in a big city or have a charger always near you, since using stream services happen to use more battery than playing music from phone's own memory.
And what happens when the connection fails? No entertainment at all, yay.. Stream services are easier, but there's still some crappy 320 kbps streams and you actually have to pay for that "quality"!

Jeez ! ( also their offers includes HUGE amount of data transfer almost imposible to end it not even on a 10i tablet)
You are complaining about a 2001 year problem . Grow up .

the speed ? any time htc make better and smote interface s4 s3 and other samsung phone,s always have many lags and sooo slow but htc one have a cheaper cpu but beat them in speed i don,t talk about numbers
in real work by phone my one never never never hang or any lag but my brother s4 make him crazy
samsung only good in make numbers
htc have better interface better beauty design and quality body loud spekers better screen more real and live only camera matter i wish solve if not for me don,t care many other thing,s for chosen htc there out in the real world

I REALLY hope that these are not the real specifications. I'm really expecting this device to have 3 GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805.

Needs a memory card manufacturers that include memory cards will always have an edge over it a shame cause I love my HTC one but I now know the importance of having a memory card
