Hi guys can anyone pls help me on how to update htc one dual sim 802w because there is no any option for software update

Any user of HTC Sense 6 on M7 Dual Sim,
plz tell that Does Sense 6 creates Home and Back touch keys onscreen or Not..?
Bcoz i think it will decrease the available Screen size on M7 that is already smaller than M8..
and Also these keys are Not needed onscreen as they are already available..!
So Plz clear if they are Not available on screen, that will be good definitely....

Help!after installing some apps,now i cant press install bottom it doesnt work ,it works after restarting the mobile for few times and then the same problem!is it any virus?

I am running 4.2.2 on my htc one 802w (made in Taiwan) and get a notification of Update 4.21.402.5 (864.94 Mb) for 4.4.2. But not Sense 6.0
Can anyone please tell that :
1) Is it necessary to update 1st to 4.4.2 in order to get Sense 6 update??
Bcoz I want Sense 6 but not the troublesome 4.4.2 so is it possible??
And
2) The update I mentioned is worth going for or should I stay at 4.2.2??
as I m afraid of the bad reviews about Sim errors etc
Any techy please reply and help me save from broken phone if I get betrayed.

Hello after updating to 5.17.720.3 it battery life is soo poor compared to previous so please help me how to uninstall this update and help me out regarding this query.

I am using htc one dual sim since February 2014 but after updation to kitkat my 2nd sim slot is not working properly at all. i have given it to htc care but they didnt solve my problem and now they are even not replacing the product. plz help me what shall i do now ?

When I was inside buildings there were problem with connections and not available. I get new one (made in Taiwan) and now it works perfectly :D Update to latest Kitkat and HTC Sense 6 is great - especially energy saving.

I purchased 802 model about a moth back suddenly on accepting the option for upgrading the softwares the phone automatically rebooted and stuck up at the HTC one screen it is neither shutting off nor starting can any body suggest what to do

Just got my HTC One dual sim (802w).
First of all, HTC One dual sim (802w) is dual ACTIVE!
Second, if you need more languages (greek, Chinese etc), install from Google Play the "MoreLocale 2" and it add more languages to your phone and keyboard. No need to root your phone
Battery is not the best, in this phone.
But the reason that I buy it, is the dual active, so no need to carry two phones!!!

I have a friend who bought htc one 802d dual sim .he keeps saying his fone gets bloked cause receive over 1000 pop up messages during day and night .how he can stop this cause he says cant find any option in fone s setting for broadcating messages or any kind .also reading ur opinions about upgrading the fone that will broke it more i find it difficult to try anything .please tell me how i can help him cause is very frustrating to wait for his replies as fone gets all bloked cause those pop ups .

I hv got the new system update firmware 5.17.720.4 for bug fixes and system enhancement.... Is hud update or not ??? Pls suggest me who updated the phones... Is there any bug in this update or really improved version ...thanks pls reply soon

GSM network is bit poor comparing to CDMA and only 2g but workable not major problem while there will be full network of mobile operator if GSM is 3g and improve gsm network that will be super!! FYI this mobile is only mobile which has both gsm and cdma with good performance. High quality dual cdma and gsm smart mobile.

I am using HTC one dual sim for about 5 months. Now it is giving autorotation problem. Even in autorotation-OFF it still autorotates. Same problem after factory resetting the phone. I have gone through G-sensor caliberation also, but no change. I dont want to go to service center in india. They dont care much.
