This phone is a horrible phone. Request none of you to buy it. I am facing nightmares with this phone.twice I have got defective pieces. And running around in the service center endlessly. In earlier handset my slot two was not working.now in the replaced handset I am not receiving messages of cdma no. I was so much better off with carrying two handsets. The cdma phone of reliance worth 7k was better than this one. Have wasted my monies and now God knows what will happen. When u use the phone and it comes with a default I loose all respect for a company like HTC. A customer goes through traumatic experience. Will never recommended HTC to anyone

Its funny when you see the comments section in any android phones people talk about issues with their phone. Only the boring iphones have the least amount of issues. Im an iphone user, thought of changing to android. But nah, i'll stick with my no issue iphone 5s. :)

Kamal, 21 Jun 2014I have just updated my HTC one dual sim 802d to sens 6. Aft... more1. Disable fast boot in settings/battery
2. Shut down the device
3. Power up by holding power button and volume - button untill you see a white screen with 3 androind figures
4. With wolume buttons scroll down to restore system (i believe it is the 2. Option) and select it by pressing the power button
5. A screen with a phone and a ! Mark should appear after a while. When it does briefly press the power and volume up button at the same time until the screwn changes
6. Select wipe cache (last selection) with volume buttons and select it with the power button
7. After that select reboot system and that is it
It takes about 5 minutes and it fixed my issuses with decreased sound and battery life. The htc support operator said it has something to do with leftower files from the updating process.

Can i use htc one 802w model in india. Is Android 4.4 kit kat update available for this model.
Does both the sim support 3g network.

when I have upadated my HTC one dual SIM 802d. In 4 4.2 kit Kat files are not moving copying in external memory.what is the reason and how to solve my complaint?Please help me

ive got htc 1 dual model 802d n im not able to get cdma network.it worked for 2 weeks wen i bought it then the network disappeard,i reseted the whole n also updated it 2 kitkat still no network went to all service providers still no network.

I have purchaged this one in August 2013.mobile is very good.but when I updated in kit Kat version some problems appeared files not moving,coping and not deleting in external memory card please help me how to solve this complaint

you need to remove Cell Broadcasting messages from Settings. I faced the same issue with it.

I have just updated my HTC one dual sim 802d to sens 6. After update the ringer volume and call volume are reduced to almost half. I have contacted service center as well as HTC India.

I have HTC One Dual Sim (Black Colour) Since November'13. The phone is good but the paints on the front side has started to come of and its is looking quite bad. Is their any solution to the problem? Can it be get painted from service center?

Ranji, 17 Jun 2014I don't know about htc one dual pls advice meHTC One is the best smartphone of the year 2013,which beat the iPhone 5s...and one dual is the dual sim version of HTC One... the best part is that the body design... best performance... don't look for another phone... buy without hesitation...

I haven't seen a perfect body like HTC One dual... even more awesome than iPhone...I'm using it for more than one month, and my aunt using it more than 8 months... still it looks like a new one... don't waste the time... buy it asap...
