I am not su... moreHello , I am using HTC ONE 802w in India, I purchased it in China in JUNE 2013, Till JAN 2014 Both Sim card slot were working fine, But i am facing issues in SIM 2 i am using Vodafone in that which shows network but call does not reach and fails to receive calls too. Kindly let me know how to solve this issue.
I never dropped my phone and this problem started annoyingly.

Excellent phone. I am using it for last two months. Just everything about this phone works perfect. I am seeing some people complaining here about the slot 2, but I have never experienced any such problem. I use the slot 1 with 3G data and it is always ON and the slot 2 for voice calls. Working perfect. Of course, the voice on slot 1 and data on slot two also work fine. The two slots support different data speeds:
SIM1: Up to HSPA (900/2100 MHz) and up to EVDO REV. B(800 MHz)
SIM2: Up to EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz)
So it makes sense to use slot 1 for data traffic if you have a high speed data plan.
If you are OK with the price, I definitely recommend it.

Have u upgrade to 4.4.2 if done this is the problem I am also having the same problem after software updation this will be resolved only HTC takes initiative through software to arrest the Biggs.

Now updated and there is a major issue after update the is no #Vibration & not #Moving any file from phone to SD Card by any third Party Application I Am Very Very Disappointed

am using from this one duos 802d from last 6 months,
initially i got sms issue using with reliance cdma
later they changed the device..
again from last two days no incoming sms is coming..
service centre tired of doing software update about 6-7 times
finally now they declared that pcb to be changed.
a mobile of 42k is giving such poor performance..
very sad
never expected this from htc

Update file size 833 mb for kitkat 4.4.2 update with htc sense 5.5. working absolutely fine. HTC handset working awesome.... HTC is the best.......

Finally HTC refunded by money back as they acknowlege their Network issue with SIM2 in DUBAI.after lot of followups. but will again buy the phone once this issue is resolved. love the phone. HTC should resolve the SIM2 network issue worldwide, but are very slow in responding
