Hi I bought an HTC Dual Sim yesterday. Have 2 sim cards in the device because I had to find that the answer is very much delayed. When a call comes in, I have to take the call only once for about 1 sec wait until I can get back to you. If I losspreche immediately after "pressing" the answer button my greeting, gets my interlocutor with nothing or a maximum of the last syllable of greeting. This is quite annoying, as it has already happened more often that I have welcomed supposedly but my opponent still waiting for the greeting - "Hello!" Annoying pauses, demands and call begins a la "Hello ...?" "Yes here is ..." Are the result. Thank you!

Based on most complaints about sim 2 slot....i decided to hold back for this phone. i love dual sim phones, this one is a beast if not only for the 2nd sim slot problem, which htc must take it seriously.

i'm using HTC since 2003, started with the "Orange SPV" i loved it !!! but this one is my latest purchase and it's far beyound expectations. nothing to say. fast, accurate, goog(it dépends) battery life, good memory, double sim card (waouw) good sound and beatiful phone. expensive but happy getting this high end device. if you have the money, do not hesitate.

I have this model original htc 802w and 1 month sim card in slot 2 is very bad connectivity, sometime dead sometime very small signal.
I called official service Htc and this service not repair this error. Servise hasnt official expression of the company htc.
Not repair not change new mobile.
They told me to phone the seller returned or exchanged for another mobile.
That's all information for you.
I'm unhappy with the really good phone.

no problem with signal
no problem so far
it is doing what is has to do
i hope to be upgraded to kit kat
