harry, 07 Feb 2014i, i have jus downloaded the update for htc one 802 dual si... moreHi, i bought it in Italy. It is the east Europe version 802 w. After 30 minutes the second sim lost the signal and even if i swap the sims with different operator i'm not more able to use sim 2. Simlpy it is no more a dual sim! I believe htc must fix this world wide bug!

i, i have jus downloaded the update for htc one 802 dual sim, it is a rooted cell, i dont know much abut these things.
But wen i tired to install the software update of abut ~50MB, it opened in the recovery mode, but thn installation failed was the msg...
Kindly help me so as what shud i do next.
i have the download in my system still.

the best phone I ever used
excellent camera and sound
outstanding dual sim capabilities
looks and feels nice
excellent build quality
a generous amount of internal memory (32GB + 64GB SD) !!
crisp and sharp screen
the only downside is that it lacks 4G :(

The disadvantage of typical HTC for dual SIM is 3G stuck on SIM 1 only, and lack of LTE for this one

Jawad, 28 Jan 2014I read that in India this problem was resolved. I am not su... moreYes .. you are absoutely right wasted my money in the HTC one dual sim . I love the phone using it as a single sim the second sim slot is waste in DUBAI. no network or weak signal all the time in most areas.
Returned to sharaf DG and they gave me new brand new seal pack phone. and surprisingly the new phone also the same...

I just brought this dual sim HTC one but it is not working in some stations with CDMA no one is able to clarify this problem at last they are telling they will refund the money so please check before buying that this HTC one in working in your area for CDMA or not?
