Spree, 11 Aug 2013Hi once again thanks... Do you know how to disable the SMS ... moreI have not experienced those push messages with my HTC One dual sim. The question is where are those push messages coming from? Have you subscribe to some ads or apps or other 3rd parties?

Perhaps you can try the following:
    Block the specific numbers.
    Unsubscribe from some websites.
Remove some apps that might be sending those push messages.
Try to switch off the Mobile Data in the Settings.

I cannot change the pre-loaded websites which are in Chinese. However, I think better not to use the blinkfeed because it will only drain your battery. I just use the web browser for internet and news.
By the way, I'm using the User Guide for HTC One because I cannot find User Guide for HTC One dual sim English version.

issue is development in xda will be less since this is an indian specific version ( will work with reliance / tata /mts out of the box or any gms in sim 1 , sim 2 will be only for gsm.

no idea if 602d china version development will work with this w/o any changes.

MRP in India is Rs 49,500 though street price is expected to be around Rs. 48,490

                            HTC have lost it.

I got mine from OliveGSM on the same day and they have 1 year warranty. You can visit their office in Baniyas Square.
I've been looking for the best dual sim smartphone and I think at present that phone is HTC One dual sim.
Battery life about 3 days with Power Saver switched on.
Please also read my response to Spree below for additional info.

It is Android 4.1.2 and cannot be updated to 4.2.2. The phone was rooted and customized with Play store. The original HTC One dual sim is for Chinese market and without Play store.
I think there is no need to upgrade to 4.2.2 because the added features in 4.2.2 are built in HTC One Sense UI v5.

How was the purchase experience. Do you have previous experience with this online seller? How's the device overall. I know there are too many questions. I would appreciate your response. Thank you.
