Htc e9+ can update android marshmallow.

Worst phone ever if I have a high battery usage it just shuts down without any warning and that time my phone is 90% full.
It over heats very fast without any usage and I don't know why.
And I am still waiting for the marshmallow update so it can have some improvements on the phone's battery.

My phone was only set to 5Ghz. I changed it to "AUTO" so the frequency band can automatically detect the 2.4 or 5Ghz. Hereafter al lwas fine, so no complaint issue in reference to my older htc ONE m7

I think that we will all know if there was update in any place around the world, and the customer service is confirming that the the update already started, that is SHIT

Kindly note that the update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow has already started rolling out to HTC One E9+ Dual SIM devices.
Please also note that the attachment file you sent us was not delivered, so kindly re send it once more.
In general, once the new update is available for your phone, it will be delivered to your phone through an over-the-air (OTA) process and you should receive a notification indicating the update is available download.
However, you can check for it manually by connecting your phone to a Wifi network and check from: settings>about> software updates> check now.

i switched from samsung to HTC really nice except for the battery dont complete 6 hours but fine since chargers are there:)

I am using more than a year ago and I never encounter any problem at all. Since I started HTC 6 years ago, I enjoyed it and keep upgrading until I got this E9+. I bought 2 one for me and one for my son who is an architect and he enjoy his E9+ especially in his work. Never miss any details of the picture or video.

This phone is very worse. From day one I have problems, sudden switch off my kind advice don't try for htc model .

actually this phone is good after 7 months of using it.. it works very good
the only bad thing in it. is that battery charging.. and the updates of course
working good with any game
great camera front and back
great sound system
great display

My wifi antenna remained disabled for about 3-4 days and then decided to ''come back to life'' without doing anything. It must be an android version problem that it could be fixed by updating to marshmallow but once again HTC is to blame since they promised us android 6.0 by the end of March or something and still nothing.

I've been using htc e9+ for almost 8 months with trouble free functionality except battery life, otherwise it is superb.Both cams are v.good. good screen resolution. Brilliant stereo boom sound… To resolve partially battery fast drainage: 1- disable unnecessary apps. 2- keep the on "power saving" mode. You'll definitely get some improvement
