After two months my phone start over heating and turns off after that just start freezing it a complete failure am I the only person with those issues

I have used this for about a year now and I have had no major problems really. At this point in time it's price has dropped significantly and i would advise persons on a restricted budget to buy this, considering the great hardware for the price. However HTC doesnt care to update this, fuk them.

HTC's software Departments is NON existence or retires old folks (sleeping/not getting paid/over paid-thats why their phones is overpriced). sales plummeted, should be at bargain price right now (E9+).

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2016My Htc 816 has got android 6 and My E9+ not yet Just Donate it to old folks. Most of them don't mind outdated android version. at least they get bigger screen. ;)

I've donated this HTC E9+ to my mother in-law. Bought a New Oneplus 3, at the same price when I first bought this E9+ since released. up to Now still No updates. Well, since it is being used by my in-law, she does NOT mind whether there's an update or not, bigger screen than her Nokia 3320. I think Most HTC employees is OLD folks...... LoL.

HTC E9+ may never get Android 6. It stopped receiving updated from HTC from long back. Since it is not released in US, looks like HTC is not taking care of E9+ users. So guys take a breath and leave you hopes on getting Marshmallow update for your phones.
