Hate this phone.newly bought two months ago. Now display gone.had a lot of issues with the phone including overheating and restrting at own randomly. Hate this phone.no updates.

i purchsase this phone last year. in my phone no option for even maintainense update also.in adds this companmy mnetioned to update ready for marshallow last year. but no update. i chat directly in company site there is no response. all ready they update m8 also into marshallo.

Why till now there is no software update for the phone? And htc phones much older have been updated.

Hi,
I've been using this phone for the last 1 year, though this is a good phone, I'm facing the following issues, looking forward if someone can help me get rid of this:
I can barely hear the voice of someone talking from the other side, its too low
Songs on my mobile suddenly vanish without my notice
There are certain apps, which requires permission to read the data for the functionality, this phone doesn't let the access, once you go to settings you can only cancel but you can't click on ok
Media is a big concern - Once you are connceted via ear phones the software doesn't let you change tracks, all that you can do is play / pause, volume up & down.
The same holds good with FM as well, you cannot change teh channels using ear phones, you have to end up doing it manually.
I tried approaching customer care, it was certainly for no use. Request someone to address these issues.

Can anyone tell me about rose gold colour, is it to "girly" and does it look more like pink or more like gold ? I really like this phone but i cant decide on colour.

Can anyone help me on this? In e9+ phone the contacts which saved with 0 prefix , when receiving call not displays the contact name.
Example :if contacts A is saved as 0777 678678,when receiving a call from A it just display 777 678678. Not the saved name.
