After I root mine and customize my resolution from 2K to HD it turns into afu**in fast mobile i ever seen

I have used this phone for a month and I can assure you that does not live up to its expectations. Terrible battery life and heats up fast. Not only that, the audio quality is atrocious. Go for HTC M8 instead.

Bought it yesterday proximity sensor is not working auto rotate isnt working doubletap to wake is also not working checked it many times still :( camera is awesome

After 11 months of using; I found that it shuts off by itself .. sometimes the batters remain as it is when u reopen it & sometimes the battery falls down.
Because it was still in guarantee; I left it 14 days there !! Customer service is very very very very bad, even when you call; they have no answers & they can't tell you what is going on exactly, they always say that they'll call u to inform u when u can come to pick it but they didn't. Also what they tell you over the phone is totally different from what is said on the chat !!
& when I decided to go even when they didn't call; I found many many people shouting & frustrated from the service & the long time of maintenance.. one of the customer service employees shouted & humiliated the client.
Finally: they wanted me to leave the mobile more days ..Fortunately & only because I sent many emails to complain ; they told me you can pass by tomorrow to receive it !!
I even email some executives from the main office.. & no one even replied.. I never thought that a known company like this is awful to that extent ..shall NEVER recommended to anyone !!

Anonymous, 16 Sep 2016Is this phone really a bad choice...Hi, I am using it for about 10 months with the use of an extra memory card with many many apps. Smooth UI with great themes. Sound and performance are good as a phone and multimedia device. Heating is present with gaming but cools rapidly. Camera takes about 4 seconds to start with opening of many applications and the use of much ram which is the usual condition. Quality of photos is excellent at good lights and average at low lights with noticeable improvement after I used a different camera app (camera 51). No lags or freezing but, battery drains rapidly with gaming (resolution is 1440 x 2560) and with 3G if opened continuously. It takes about 3 hours till full charging which is very boring so I try to charge it at bed-time only.

Did the corporation test it before launching???? :@
I have switched it twice till now, this time i will switch and move to another brand...

Purchase an e9+ and in two months pure problems overheating freezing and battery failure love that phone but hate the fact that it doesn't work

I am using HTC E9+ last one year and now its speaker volume is too low after setting in full volume and also very big issue if you went to service center they are given time for approx one week to solve the issue. It means that if you are purchasing the HTC then you need standby phone compulsory

I bought this phone with all enthusiast but am beginning to hate the phone now. Always switching off, overheating and no update to the March mallows.
