My htc e9+ having problems with wifi and bluetooth.. It cannot be turn on ..please help me solve it

I had purchased HTC e9+ during December of 2015 and I am still using it. I think it's a great phone, and olive always enjoyed using it. But the only drawback which it has is it's battery life and heating issues.
Playing games, or talking to someone for a long time, heats the phone to a great extent.
Currently, I am facing the issue of battery , which drains very fast, say 3-4.hours. Any suggestions for this issue to be resolved!

HTC all specs good and awesome to use...maybe some experience bad impressions, but overall, its very nice phone. love it.

Totally wastage of money poor performance not even the cameras was to good too much heating issue and the battery was just worst than the worst

The Best thing. love quality of the main and selfie cameras.
Design. looks good specially in gold color.
The worst part. battery life. very bad, heating issues. and also one more strange issue i have in my set. Any of the sim (in dual sim set) stop working and stop receiving and sending calls and internet stop after every 1-2 weeks despite showing good signals. The solution is to take the sim out and then re insert it to make it working.

The heat issue and the poor battery is the worst thing in this phone.
I bought this phone in 2015 because I want big screen and good sound.
Until now it's the same as I bought.

garbage phone from a garbage cheap company that lost its cool too long ago. its usability, reliability, and service doesn't live up to its own spec performance expectation.
Poor battery performance, constant overheating, crappy laggy performance in basic apps (ruled out gaming, but just normal app, SRSLY????), network issues (wifi sometimes doesn't work, Data always gives me 'E' strength unless I do a hard restart), no software update (2018, unlocked, still stuck in Lollipop... rip), and some touch issues. GPS is very poor. Google Maps callibration never works.
like the design, and front dual audio speakers. That's about it. Otherwise, stay away. Currently looking for other phone brands

The worst phone eveeeerrrr....i would return to a samsung S3 instead of holding this piece of crap from htc...never ending problems with freezing and heating and battery and a poor chipset mediatek??? Are u kidding us htc...the first and the last phone that i ll buy from htc....piece of shit

This is the horrible HTC product ever,i buy this phone at dec 2016,im a heavy user.
The most horrible battery at the first use..heating after 10minutes of use?! And a Weak signal? And now in 2018 is just getting worst,its shut down by itself! 2minutes of use and heating! Playing game then blank!
Seriously,dont you ever buy this phone! Im a htc user and now ill stop buying HTC,any preference for other brand?

Had been using for 2 years. Faced some issues with GPS, as it was always unavailable. Did a factory reset, reinstalled GoogleMaps and Waze. Now it's like brand new. I am not a heavy user, so battery is still ok. For camera mode, just set it to HDR all the time. Still a good mid-range phone at affordable price.

Hi guys, I bought HTC e9+ in July 2015. It had no issues until September 2017 (I agree that it's battery performance is really poor, charges from 0 to 100 in four hours. Drains faster when you use multiple apps at the same time. Phone gets hot when used continuously for an hour or when you are on voice call for more than 15 minutes) Apart from the battery problems, the phone worked just fine. But then suddenly out of blue the WiFi and Bluetooth aren't working. I tried hard resetting and routing the phone. But there's no use. It doesn't support VoLTE. My suggestion for any of you guys who are planning to buy this phone is "PLEASE DO NOT BUY"
